Is there a penalty for leaving a game after all my robots are destroyed? Like im not getting any rewards at the end.

There is no leaver penalty active rn

And no after all your bots are destroyed you wouldn't get any punishment if it was active

I think though if you leave before the end you still miss out on the rewards for top damages top heals top number of titans killed as all that is calculated with the datas of the remaining player at the finish screen (if I am wrong don't hesitate to correct me)
