Can it go through stuff like varangian bubble, shield wall? Can it go to any player that is visible/targetable/focus able? Does breaking line of sight during the hacking process cancel the ability? If so, can holofield do this?

Where its slow an can get blocked by almost anything

Plus the tick dmg is slow as well going from 1 player to another
