Does bpt's carry over to the next pass or is it exchanged to salvage?

Battle pass tokens are usually converted to credits at the end of a battle pass. In the last 3 battle passes, the conversion was 100 credits for each unused battle pass token.

If there is any change in the process, we will get to know before the current battle pass ends.
