I feel there is a handful of Supply and Cycle Gear that could use a bit of a buff, as I feel they are under powered or have better options.
Here are my suggestions:

Blast Wave: one of the worst gear in the game. I have been saved countless times by enemies tossing this at me and sending me away from the fight to safety. The Damage isn't even enough to be scared of. Honestly not sure what to do with this, it's just fundamentally bad at a core level.

Blink: add one more use.

Emergency Shield: add one more use.

Fuel Burn: not entirely sure about this one. I just always feel like I'd rather take something else. Might just be because at low level it still leaves nearly all legs enough fuel for 1 or more dashes. Doesn't feel worth 6 energy.

Holofield: Truly a detriment to your own team. Make it so allies can see through it. Entirely useless as is.

Quick Repair: You'll still often be vulnerable as chances are you'll have other low modules that need healing too and can easily be taken out even if this one is now healthy. Increase uses and / or lower cooldown.

Sprint Reactor: unless you also expend fuel you're gonna have to spend 15-25% of the short duration getting up to top speed. It should also increase your acceleration. As it is fuel reserve is often a better option.

Homing Missile: Requires waaaay too much change for such a pitiful amount of damage, barely even worth the cost, even if it is super low. I'd rather go out of my way to adjust the build so I can budget in something else than use this gear. Just lower the charge required.

Umbrella: not very useful at all. As it is it only really counters a small handful of weapons or situations. Not exactly sure here, but maybe make it so the dome curves down slightly more to provide a bit more utility in more scenarios?
