As Silverstorm said Siren would be better(Pursuer is for pussies🤣 ), and as a pilot Evolve would be a more balanced choice( a bit of autocannon damage and lots of sustain).
Also, while they are a bit worse, you could try Tyr shoulders. They have less shield and recharge, but more armor and a smaller hitbox. See how you like them!
Now if you REALLY wanna use Scorpion as a torso, i'd say a shorter range weapon would be better, something like Shredders or Quantum, since your ability doesn't work/lock-on past 150/200 meters(can't remember the exact number, but should be in that range).

im new so i dont have mush unlocked so im going with scorpion rn and probably change it later
