When I click "Play" on steam, or open the game, nothing happens. Like it doesnt open at all. I have tried restarting my computer, restarting steam, running the game as an administrator, reinstalling the game, and verifying files. Any ideas?

Ive even tried installing the my games launcher and it wont let me log into it
idk if its some sort of account issue or what
