I'm on an Asian server on my PC, and a few days ago it went to 16:00, and today it went to 17:00.
Is there any way to fix it?

Hi Sam! The reset time has been changed to 08:00 UTC

So it wasn't a bug, thank you!
I'd like to see you prioritize simplifying the confusing UI, but I think you should also make the store and job update times the same.
