#How long does it usually take for tickets to be answered?

It takes a few days sometimes shorter due to the issue

Hi B1lly Swank! It mostly depends on the complexity of the issue and the queue. Remember that adding new messages to the ticket while waiting for a response may prolong the wait, as it sends your ticket back to the queue. Please be patient and wait for Support to get back to you.
They got back to me about the messenger subscription rewards but they sent a link that opens the messenger chat with them. I already did this and subscribed. I dont see an option to link Facebook or war robots so im very confused here. Ive done what im supposed to and im not getting a code from them.

If i had to predict the solution after what ive been seeing is them fixing the bot. EVERY time i open the messenger channel it says i opened it with a link even when i didnt. Its either that or straight up giving the code cause i see no other way to remedy us not getting our rewards especially when there's not an option to link facebook to war robots so idk how they would even verify it in the first place unless they send a code in chat.
I gotta wait for a few hours or days again for another response from support most likely cause i had to send a message in the ticket so it will be a while till i can update.
