You need to log into the website and go to your inventory page, you'll find the items there.

@wild parrot i actually found my answer by going too one of the sponsored streamers that are allowed to have drops on. Kind of feels unfair for the other small streamers that like the game?And spend money on the game but don't get to have drops for their viewers.
