Napalm doesn’t hurt your teammates and with flamethrowers doing so much damage in such a wide and large range it would be toxic for gameplay
Imo, the main thing Incinerators need (heavy flamers I think I have the name right) is for the damage ticks to be a stacking thing, and not instant.
The more stacks, the more damage eventually ramping up to the 9k per tick it has now.
Right now you can just instantly puff on all enemies and they immediately start burning for 9k.
Meaning you need to focus one enemy for a bit.
