#The Worst Fenrir Meta?

Why is this the worst Fenrir meta we have ever had and why is this worst than Fowler Fenrir Meta?
I will make a side by side comparison of Fowler Fenrir and the Meta Fenrir Builds we have right now

Fowler Fenrir:
High Instant Damage
High Healing (but slow)
Slow Movement Speed
Powerful but still POSSIBLE to kill in all of its abilities
High HP

Meta Fenrir Builds:
High Damage (but not as high as Fowlers)
Very High Healing
Very Fast Movement Speed
Invincible in all its abilities
Low HP

Changes from Old Fenrir to New Fenrir:
Old: Gave Healing, Movement Speed Increase
New: Damage Buff, Gave Healing, Movement Speed Increase

Changes from Old Counterattack to New Counterattack:
Old: When shot at while using Counterattack the damage that was pushed out was scatted and wouldn't always hit enemies 100% of the time
New: When shot at while using Counterattack the damage pushed out will 100% hit the opponent from any range

They both have their Pros and Cons but overall I would lean towards the new Fenrir meta is worse than Fowler Fenrir but that's my opinion people might think Fowler Fenrir's were worst but you guys can decide on what was worse

I think the old fenrir got a dmg boost as well. Idk if it was as much as the current one (~50%).

Fenrir being able to regen shield with the ability just makes healing absolutely free

I am actually not playing the game right now due to that meta. It just not fun enough for me to play with tthat thing in the game.

The biggest problem for me is that it is immortal. You can have multiple teammates and titans shooting ONE fenrir on it's ability and it will not die, will kill whoever he wants in the moment and will fly back to safety. And let's not even talk about Scatter Fenrir

The game loses it's best aspect, the variety and build possibilities, when there's one top meta bot that you basically need to if you want to face a player, cause he will have atleast one of those

Well, than something must have happened in the weeks I was out, cause I remember perfectly the last community event I played that was dominated by whoever was running a fenrir. I even started using one myself just like Destroyer built and it was so busted it drained the fun I was having playing the game...

I have both siren and harpy on my hanger, used griffin for quite some time, I never liked to use meta stuff

The thing is with any of those you said, if you get attacked by a fenrir player as skilled as you are, you will get killed if he has it's abilities, that's what happens in community events

And I and not event talking about a 1v1 situation

I am talking about a fenrir with disadvantage in nunbers

But still being able to enter your base and get out without dying and taking kills

My point is there are so many very strong builds that can kill a fenrir if you play right, there are so many meta things right now so its this meta vs that meta, its a lot of fun

Yeah, I think the one shot meta fowler is something I dont want back never again. But honestly, I don't like the unkillable fenrir going back and forth on your base either...

i can relate, believe me. It took me a bit as well but if you play against them a lot you figure out how to fight them

one thing i do agree on with you, fenrir needs to be nerfed. I will make a post tmr about it and ill come up with changes but for now, imma go to sleep

The problem is that they are always having a hardtime balancing this time. In some updates, it's pure garbage, and in others it is top meta.

I can’t remember a time fenrir hasn’t been meta in WRF. Idk if right now it’s the weakest or strongest it has ever been, but it feels much more balanced without the stupid op fowlers. Still needs a nerf tho. Remove shield regen from ability and lower its dmg buff.
