It's not dumb. You're just asking a question that some, who don't know, are wondering about. As for the Full game, that's unknown. After closed beta, the game will move to Open beta which is planned for 2024 (As for an exact date, that's unknown). Once the game goes to Open beta, the game will be free to play for all.
