Hello, the first part of the feature says "as an action" and Creatures also "take no damage from effects..." later on in the feature it reads
"In addition, Shape Elements can be used to lift and hurl up to 5 pounds of your chosen element up to 60 feet at a creature within range. The target must make a DEX save..."
this is probably intended to be the same action as the first part, but it doesn't read that way and should probably mention "as an action" in the second part as well. (even though its clearly intended to be an action )
