For the Artifact Expertise talent in CB: Dungeons and Ruins, would the 2 additional charges feature apply to items that have limited uses that recharge, but do not use the word "charge", or would it only apply to items that the description uses the word "charge"?
Some pointed examples:
Spell storing items like the Ring of Spell Storing or the Ioun Stone of Reserve that allow a set number of spell circles at a time - can they be filled with 2 more spell circles than normal, so long as the person attuned to the item has this talent?
Items that can only be used once "until you finish a short/long rest", which could be considered 1 charge, but don't use the word "charge", like the Anklets of Alacrity from the Player's Guide or the Blue Willow Cloak from The Old Margreve.
