new Book of Blades, page 28, Weapon Option Specialist Talent
Is this talent supposed to be one that can be taken multiple times to get the benefits with multiple weapon options? Normally when that is the case, the text states it, but it doesn't say so here.

By the looks of it it sounds like it’s intended as a one time get, since it’s styled as a character basically achieving mastery with a weapon type that they’ve dedicated themselves to above any other
That being said the second bullet point seems a bit unclear if it means you deal PB worth of damage instead of rolling for it or you deal PB extra damage
