The Wis Save DC is only 10 + PB, which seems low for a DC at this level compared to the DC of casters, etc. (capping out at DC 16, and starting at DC 14)

its not crazy low but compared to 8+mod+pb, its only equal to a +2 modifier and can never be higher then that. I'm curious what made you go with this calculation instead of something like 8+str+PB, 8+con+PB, or even 11/12+PB (equal to an assumed +3/4 modifier)

another alternate would be to do 8+PB+Rage damage bonus. Scales off your level and caps at the same as a +5 modifier. well not asking for any investment into something like CHA, avoiding being MAD (for this feature it would start at DC 15, capping out at DC 19 at level 20)

but I'm more curious about why you all went with 10+pb for this feature over a normal DC Calculation or a higher starting number

That calculation does look a bit odd for a subclass feature. I have made note of this for the team to review during the next round of errata reviews.

I agree those saves should typically be 8 + PB + ability modifier, but I'm not sure if the design had a specific reason for deviating for that particular barbarian. Definitely something I will bring to the team.

In the meantime, if you need an answer for an upcoming game, I suggest using a DC of 8 + PB + an ability modifier of the GM or player's choice, so long as that choice remains consistent throughout the course of play.
