Backgrounds state that if you gain a skill from the background but you are already proficient in it from another source to choose a new one. However with Heritage and tools I don't see this statement. So for instance if I am proficient in tinker tools from the Mechanist class, and I choose the Salvager Heritage, I would gain proficiency in tinker tools and one other tool of my choice. But since I am already proficient in tinker tools, can I choose another toolkit or do I only get 1 additional toolkit here?
