#ToV: Can a Warlock's Echoes of Power explode infinitely?

As an agent of chaos DM wise, I'd rule yes.
The way it's worded the answer is probably no imo.
But I can see how you could read it the other way
The way I see it is it doesn't let you roll another EB dice, it's just an extra damage dice on top of the attack so it wouldn't activate it again
But if I'm wrong I'm not going to complain. A one in 10 chance to keep going is not crazy
I agree about the wording, but I also feel like I remember this being asked before and the answer being that it does continue exploding if you keep rolling 10's.
But with how it is worded, I would assume it only explodes once per beam until staff says otherwise
The average damage either way is less than if the feature just turned them into d12s, but... I've played Savage Worlds before and seen the dice chain-explode and very abruptly kill someone or something that was supposed to be a boss 😄
Yeah, exploding damage can go nuts.
I would say that if you crit the attack, both dice would get a explode chance 🤔 but imo the second dice from the explode can't explode 😔
