#95% of earned XP not being added

There seems to be a system bug with the XP counter -- I can't for sure how long, but it has been noticeably faulty for some time so I took more notice today.

Today, I played Day 42 as a CTTH, and earned 1085 XP (+10 for CTTH, +1006 for Day 42, +18 for Hits in tournament, +51 for Tier bonus).

Total 1085 XP earned for the round.

My XP before this round was 5,542,514 and now after this round it is only 5,542,571 -- it only increased by 57 XP, not 1085 XP.

That's about 95% of my earned XP missing and not being added -- and it's happening every day. I've also used the online form to contact support, but thought it was worth adding here in case others are noticing the same thing.

I play WGT both via Windows and Mobile -- happens on both platforms.

I just heard this could be an issue and tested also. Prior to playing my daily, I had 6803038. I played a CTTH. After the round it claimed I received 4751 XP. When I went to look at my total XP, I was at 6803275. I received 237 XP...NOT 4751 as claimed. Has this bug been acknowledged by WGT? Members of my club have similiar results.

Yes, I got a reply -- and told not to play CTTH as the first game of the day. The reply is below:

We are receiving similar reports of issues with XP in CTTH game types and are currently investigating this issue. We apologize for any inconvenience and are hoping to have this resolved as quickly as possible. We're unfortunately unable to manually adjust XP for players. In the meantime we advise to not play CTTH for your first game of the day so you can get your daily bonus XP.

I can confirm that now I'm playing another game type for my first game of the day, my XP is being added as it should be.

Right on. Thanks for the details! Also glad to hear they are looking into it. Has to be a fairly straightforward issue to address.
