#Charged Credits for playing

Ok I got Benjy (Bigfootisreal9) here. The game is not asking him to use a country pass and is charging him credits to play…has anyone ever heard of that or how to fix it?

Sounds like they enabled the auto pass option in game. Have them select the Settings icon in the lower right corner of the games home screen and then setting Automatic CC Pass Use to NONE and then Save.

They could also have auto sponsorship enabled. Select Play Now and then click on the sponsor button on the bottom of this page. Once here, select the Sponsor Preferences at the top of the page and you will see where to turn this feature off.
