I was playing my daily game bonus and it glitched out. I tried to get back in but I couldn't. I lost my 2548 XP bonus! Played again and it wasn't there. Frustrating!!!!

It was 2548 XP for day 556. I didn't get reset back to day 1. I only lost that days XP bonus. Not the end of the world. Just annoying lol.

I never lost my days. I only lost the XP for that one day.

I didn't finish the bonus game because it glitched me out. no XP bonus when I replayed it.

This happened to me too- 2nd time- played several tournaments and games and still lost everything. In cc now and XPs are important. Been playing every day for a couple years. Need to figure it out

I logged into the game to find this. I have not missed a day and I was getting around 2500 daily XP. Since May 2021. Things like this have happened a couple times in the past (long past) and we always resolved them. Thanks in advance!

This is from October 2023. It's the only ss I have. It's not current but this is what I was reset to. It has been 128 days since this SS. It should be day Day 700 now. I was reset to October 16th numbers?

My friend lost her days and they refused to restore them. Thats the first time Ive ever heard of that happening. It costs them nothing to restore, a simple click of the button. Pretty petty. I hope they don’t screw you too.
