#Club selection glitch ?

I have a problem that when I select a 8i for 161y, it seems the game still plays a 7i for 177y... the club it indicates for the shot.
At first I thought I did select the wrong club, but it happens at least once every 3 holes, only with irons.
If the game indicates a 5i and I select a 6i, the shot will go 5i distance.
If I try to select a 7i, I'm then too short as it goes a 7i distance.
I play only in coin rooms with sponsor.
The problem is not linked to wind/elevation as it happens also with wind into, or tail wind, green elevated or not.
I think it started 3 months ago, I really thought it was user error. But now I'm almost sure it's a glitch

275y pin with 7mph wind against. I play my 250y 3w. I get 319y carry, even longer than my driver with the SD wgt ball. Of course lost ball and montreal lost too... I feel like I'm the only one experiencing that. It really is eroding my motivation to play the game.

Playing on iPad. I stricly control all of my shots now. And my driver does not even carry 319y with a headwind but I know that would be the best explanation. My hypothesis is that I select the right club and it shows it is, but the game still uses the other club for the shot.

3W, 85%, 298y carry for a 268y club... Of course I'm long behind the green in the very deep stuff
