#3-hole skins game button missing

Hey guys, we were setting up a 2-player 3-hole skins game, both were able to equip but then no tee off button appeared. not playable this way 😉

In resolution sizes 1366x768 or lower, these game modes will work fine. It's a high priority bug right now
