This problem just started today and has happened 3-4 times in a couple of hours. My sound just goes mute. If I back all the way out and reboot, it comes back. There's no method to it as far as I can tell. Help!¡! I need to hear encouragement like "Going to need a shovel and bucket with that one ".

Another day of rebooting because the volume goes mute. This all began exactly after the latest update. I think that's a clue.

Still going silent today. I noticed when I go to extra xp videos, when I come back it's muted.

Today I uninstalled then reinstalled WGT. No help. Went into settings-audio. All normal. I did see that the sound for the extra xp videos is the only thing audible during the times of silence. I think it only goes mute when I go to the xp videos and back. Not 100% sure about that.

Have u tried pc settings and checked individually the sound configuration app by app?

Just went into settings. All is normal generally. Went into WGT app all is set to default from the reinstall a couple of days ago. I don't recall ever tweaking any of the app settings.
The game goes totally mute only after playing an extra xp video post game. Here's another twist, the videos have volume during this episode. Switch back to game...mute. Switch back to videos...volume. Reboot and we're all back to normal. NICO, ARE YOU LISTENING?

An addition. Just went to country club. Volume was working. Went to club forum. Sound went mute and didn't come back upon returning to country club. Have to reboot.

@ocean widget what platform are you one? What device? Do you only notice this happens when you leave the app and return? Any additional info would be helpful.

I'm on a Galaxy 8a tablet. It happens when I go to extra xp videos post game and when I go to club forum at the country club. If that's leaving the app then there you go. When I get back to the app(?) It's mute. The only way I get sound back in the game is to exit and reboot. I've made about 6 posts in this string explaining things. It all started after an update a few days ago.
