issue: still no music, no character dialogue, only sound are my footsteps and certain actions

Issue: I play with character voices off. But Aurora's idle lines are still audible. They have remained audible since her introduction to the game. She jumpscared me like 9 times in the last 24 hours because she's always next to whatever well I fast travel to and I'll hear her start talking while the screen is still black. All other characters' lines are correctly muted but she can still talk.

Issue: The game is way too quiet. I have to turn my headphones all the way up to hear anything. Everything is set to maximum volume.
