You need to collect he saucery extract before you can craft the snout. Its not the meatballs you pick up, its the smaller sauce puddles in the street ☺️

The background behind every character's portrait is blue (some not shown in image); none have the pink portrait background that indicates a quest is active/ready

Update to the unreachable “saucery extract”

I reached out to gameloft and they sent the saucery extract I needed to my mailbox.

Thanks to this I was able to complete the quest and progress my game.

If you have this same issue, I highly recommend submitting a ticket to gameloft.

Do you have the Valentine villagers houses in the main valley by chance? Gameloft told me to make sure I didn't have them placed in DLC biomes.

So, that fruit that was supposed to fall from Cheshire's tree? It should have spawned there right, because it didn't, and from what I've seen from a live stream, it's located the last place you placed him, which if that's the case, I'm completely locked out of Progressing with lady, because the quest objective is located somewhere I don't even remember anymore.

This is really horrid design, and really proves how much the game is desperately needing more QA testing than forcing premium shop items, along with a DESPERATE need for a game wide health update.

Issue: cannot start Cinderella. I found the shoe and gave it to godmother in her house but it disappeared after she said it was now safe for Cinderella to come back. Nothing happened after that and godmother keeps asking for the shoe. I put in a ticket with gameloft and they said probably won’t be fixed until the next update. Now with lady and the tramp out, I now have a shiny little pumpkin in godmothers house which is new but I can’t interact with it and she still is saying I need to give her a shoe. Which still hasn’t appeared anywhere. I couldn’t finish the last star path because I had no Cinderella and I won’t be able to get Pluto with out her either. Will I have to wait another two months to see if it’s fixed?

I’m noticing a pattern where characters are missing specifically when they have a new quest to activate.

Could not locate Eve when she had a Valentine quest to start. Didn’t show her on map at all. Went inside her house (not there), left house (not there), checked map and it then updated from missing to showing her inside house. Went back inside house (still not there), left house again (still not there).

This happened again with Remy (same exact as described above). I was trying to locate him to start the wrought iron daily quest.

I’ve just had to eventually wait until they show up in the valley somewhere.

If you're going to require people to get four shiny jasoer you need to make it possible to find it at all. I have been doing continuous loops of Cruellas areas for four DAYS. I've been using a pair of level 5 companions and Kristoph (level 10 mining) AND the even more miraculous pickaxe potion. Do you know how many shiny jasoer I found? ZERO. After four DAYS. I can't progress if there's no possible way to get the materials you require of us!

Only one HONEY spawned. (I collected the H before taking this screenshot. It's not really possible to show the whole area in one picture, but this at least somewhat proves it.)

edit: Just discovered that a second one spawned in the southwest area of the Hundred Acre Fields outside of the area where Tigger is. I guess technically it's still "past the hollow log" but the wording makes it sound like all the HONEYs should be in the same area.

edit again: And the third was in the northwest area of the Fields, definitely not "past the hollow log." There's nothing wrong with the wording, it's just that the HONEYs should all spawn in the square area where Tigger was stuck.

Issue: Unable to interact with Lady. She's stuck behind the table and surrounded by 3 meatball piles. This is affecting the Lady and the Tramp quest line story mission, and also impacts 4 duties in the Star Path (talk to Lady, spend time with Lady, talk to Tramp, spend time with Tramp... can't interact with Tramp as he's hidden and I can't help him because I can't talk to Lady). Update: I'm now at the point where all 6 Star Path duties can't be completed so I can't progress any further until the issue is fixed. Star Path ends in 20 days.
