During jailbreak quest, I can't talk to lady after crafting the snout. There is no option to talk to her and if I push her out of the way she runs right back.

Issue: Goofy is completely missing from the valley, for 3 days now. May have been triggered by the appearance of his starpath related duties. Unable to trigger his appearance manually (toggle his visit on/off in valleys or floating plazas, and he immediately disappears after engaging his stalls.
Unable to progress starpath.

Platform: Steam Issue: Lady is nowhere to be found. Not on the map at all, can't get her to spawn by going in/out of her house. Tried relogging and did not help. Cannot progress in star path.

There's still a spot in Scrooge's store, upstairs, where npc's spawn in a pile, inside each other. And they are really hard to get apart.
Another spot like this is in Anna's, Kristof's and Olaf's home.

Issue (Include NPC Name): I'm completely unable to talk to Lady as she is stuck behind meatballs and table. I have tried to move in front, sideways, and behind but am unable to because of the meatballs. I cannot use my shovel because I am not yet at that part of the quest. As much as I have tried to use my camera and other means to get closer or get her to move towards me, she is just stuck and I'm physically unable to even touch her to move.

Issue (Merlin): I have a starpath duty to spend time with Merlin, but upon interacting with the character there's no option to hang out.
Update: I was eventually able to hang out with Merlin, but I could not initiate it while he was indoors. The character needed to leave his house first and then it worked.

Switch 1 & PS5; Issue: map shows character in their house. Visit several times and they are not there. Used to happen once and you’d find them outside after exiting house. But now they do not appear at all. Happening over again for extended time . Plus characters also disappear and unable to find across areas eg DLV or EI or SBV etc.

Issue: Sally. I have a new quest unlocked with her (she’s been level 10 for a while) and the map shows she’s in her house with Jack. He’s there, she’s not. I go out, map still shows her in the house. I’ve gone in and out countless times, talked to Jack, went into other buildings. I have this issue often with other characters during quests and never receive an update on my issues…

Teleported to The Bind and companion (Donald) won't follow. Teleported again while in Storybook Vale but still won't follow.
Update: Went everywhere, he won't follow. Also I could walk right through him instead of pushing him.

I can’t find Minnie at all (not in the shop or either restaurant) and I have the weekly star path duty to take a picture with her. I’ve tried restarting my game and also opening the character map and greying her out from the valley and putting her back in but I can’t find her 😭

Issue: Cinderella is talking about rain, when it hadn't rained at all during the time since opening my game and talking to her.
Minnie has had ambient dialogue (things she says when you walk by) about rain too all the time when it's not raining and has had for a very long time.

Issue: Max is still lingering around my house when he's unequipped. I added him to Eric a while ago because I was tired of seeing him meandering around my house. Today I took him away from Eric to see if this issue finally have been fixed, especially considering the release of Pluto which also seem to roam across the biomes when not equipped. Note, he is not attached to a companion house.
Edit: Pluto is having the same issue.. 🥲
Edit 2: The main issue is that neither Max nor Pluto is roaming the map as they should. Instead they are stuck to my house like they believe it’s a companion house. Max have been doing this for months now.

Since Update, unable to find Mickey Mouse. During one of the quest with Lady, enter Mickey’s house. His dialog showed up but he was not in the house. Try to go to floating isle but still does not show up. Did put other characters and they showed up. Also this other character are missing as well but are not need for the star path,

Issue: Aurora's voice, as reported back in February, is still louder than every other character and unaffected by turning voices OFF. I see no acknowledgement at all from Gameloft regarding this issue. I have sent in a ticket with no reply. I sent another in this morning. PLEASE. FIX THIS.

For about a year now certain characters will never leave their houses and roam anymore unless I manually free them for that playing session, then when the game restarts they are right back in their house. They don’t wander the valley, go to restaurants or shops, NOTHING. This is NOT the bug where it says they’re in their house and they’re not- they ARE there, they just never leave unless I invite them to hang out and have them follow me out. Then whenever I restart the cycle starts again. This is happening with Ariel (which is discouraging considering she’s my favorite), Scar, Eve, and a few others not coming to mind right now. I have ensured they are not greyed out on the character selection menu on the map.

Hello,
I am playing Disney Dreamlight Valley on PS5 and I am having an issue with one specific DLC (Wishblossom Ranch Pack).
The DLC is shown as "owned" in the PlayStation Store, but I do not have access to it in the game. I do not receive any invitation or quest to start it.
The issue started after I created a new save file. Since then, I no longer have access to this DLC.
I have already tried the following:
- Restoring licenses on PS5
- Restarting the game and console
- Reinstalling the game
- Checking my internet connection and account
Other DLCs are working correctly, only this one is not accessible.
It seems like the DLC is not properly activated on my account.
Could you please check my account and manually re-sync or activate the DLC?
