Spent a full hour and a half just decorating half of the plaza, only to have this error pop up when I try to leave furniture mode to save it (again. I had been saving it throughout this time), only for it to revert back to a prior autosave.
This is just a small portion of what popped up to get an idea of it. (I hope this is the right channel. Frankly I'm so upset. I was so happy with my build and had gone out of my way to make sure I came out semi-regularly for it to autoasave like normally. Only for the time to be wasted.
It's quite a big problem to occur. When the error came up I pressed retry. And it looked like it loaded. But then a chunk of items were in the spot overlapping each other. Old items I'd removed or replaced were in their original spaces with the new stuff like merged into them. I didn't think to get a screenshot of this. Figured that if I reloaded it would fix it... It did, except it took me back over an hour's worth of saves.

I think there was an auto claim feature for this normal when this was introduced with the last star path (or the one before?). Now it's not there anymore. (PC/Steam)

PS5: Aurora's voice lines are still audible with character voices turned off. It has been this way since the second half of storybook vale and is yet to be fixed.

Since the Valetines event went live I have had NO night thorns spawn in my Valley at all. Nor does clearing the glowing bushes in Wishblossom count towards the "remove night thorns" objective as they always have.
This makes it impossible to do a bunch of the Star path.

Since there isn't a thread for survey related issues I figure this was the closest topic. In trying to take the most recent survey, accessed through the Title Menu's QR code, I cannot advance past the section related to horse customization (questions 42-48). I click next, but the survey stays on the same page. I tried reloading the page, but it made no difference.

When that happens nothing responds anymore and the only thing left is to close the game and restart. It's been happening to me at least once a day lately, mostly when giving villagers their gift ; it doesn't move on to them thanking the player but gets stuck in the empty time in-between

issue:theme park ride broken
the dumbo ride is broken the elephants dont go up and down like its sups to they are stuck in position. it still spins it can still be ridden but it doesnt go up and down!
also since this is about the theme park rides the aladdin ride is still super fast like motion sickness fast. like 2 seconds slower should be fine! you get whipped around so fast you cant take anything in then if on there too long you start to feel like your actually on there and get a bit dizzy/nausous ~though intent of the real ride i dont think that is the intent for a virtial ride XD

Issue: when using the new Group feature in furniture mode and moving things around and into a different place than it was, when exiting Furniture Mode it all goes back to where everything was before you opened Furniture Mode and undoes all the progress that was made and you have to do it all over again manually and not use Group Mode

Ps5: the Neverland water kit now has a hard invisible border where the hitbox is on these large corner pieces (both varieties). I can’t get any closer to them than in the second picture and accidentally trapped myself even though the path between the water bodies was plenty wide.

Issue: Aurora's voice, as reported back in February, is still louder than every other character and unaffected by turning voices OFF. This means that we cannot even implement a temporary solution. She is so loud that it hurts my ears when she speaks. How on earth has this been ignored since her release? I see articles and comments from back in 2025. Can you at least acknowledge the issue??

Platform: PC Windows 11, Issue: This morning with opening the daily blue moonstone chest the game crashed without collectiong the moonstones. I had to force close the game and after reloading the game the blue chest was gone (found before in Frosted Heights) and no moonstones were collected. Also, since the beginning of the eggvaganza event the camera is very wonky and makes me feel motion sickness, although I don't suffer of it and never had before. I turned fully down the camere sensitivity in the settings, but i t is still not good and it makes playing for a longer time impossible.

Issue: The map will say someone is in their home. I go into their home and they’re not, I come out, and they would then appear outside their door but not anymore. I go in and out a few times and nothing. I leave biomes and even go to DLC and still come back and still not there. Happens with most characters at some point

Issue: Camera is my working properly.
Whenever I use the camera I sometimes have to exit out of camera just to tweak the settings.
Also, my Avatar no longer smiles while cake photos unless I specifically select one of the smiling icons and then they don't work properly after that.
While taking a photo, she will make the right head movement but they no longer have a smile accompanying them.
