Issue: I purchased a small moonstone pack outside of the game through the PlayStation add on section of my home screen and I went back into the game I didn't get the prompt of moonstones purchased nor the pack in the mailbox.

Just opened a ticket for the FIFTH time I've bought moonstones in this game and they haven't appeared in my account. There are now literally more instances I've bought moonstones and haven't even received them than when the function has actually operated as intended.

Issue: dreamsnap reward. I received dreamsnap result in mailbox. When I redeemed their was an error and I closed out and tried to redeem and I can’t redeem it because it says I redeemed it. I didn’t receive moonstones or the red chest.

Issue: Blue Moonstone chest will not let me open them daily. It states that I can only open three chests a day, but it won't let me open more than one every 9 hours.

Issue: I bought the expansion pack for Wishblossom Ranch ($50 one). I got the expansion, but I never got my 10,000 moonstones. Am I missing something? I check my mailbox and stuff, nothing.

Issue: My daily blue moonstone chest is locked until 8:00pm everyday. I know only one will spawn each day and you can open up to 3 per day. However, since last week, I cannot open a chest until 8:00pm Eastern. Yesterday, I decided to not open any chests to see if that would reset the issue. When I logged this morning I was able to open one chest (from yesterday), but the second one (from today) is locked until 8:00pm tonight. I've submitted a ticket, but I keep getting the explaination about how chests spawn, which I already understand.

Hi, I switched from xbox gamepass to playstation. I bought the basic game on Ps5. I also have the game on steam. When i launched the game there was a cloud save conflict. It said i had a local save with 22500 moonstones and my actual cloud save only had 100. is this a mistake? how do i get my moonstones back?? Because i dont want to redo the whole game for moonstones i want my save but where are my moonstones!!! Please help me
