Issue: Every time I try to vote on Dreamsnaps, I get a pop up that my votes didn’t register and I didn’t get my moonstones. This has happened to me 3 times now, and I’ve given up trying to vote.

Seeing an increasing number of entries over the last several Dreamsnaps where the picture is not at all what was in the week's theme and sometimes it is a group shot from a quest.
At least 50% because most vote pairings have at least one picture that does not qualify and sometimes it's both.

Same issue as GrailQuest posted.
Went to do my weekly voting and all the photos are of the Pals with Paws which doesn’t close submissions for 5 more days. I’m literally seeing zero photos for Seaside Chic.

Issue: While in camera mode if I have the weather setting set to clear skies, the game can still override my choice and start raining after awhile. The problem lies in the fact that I have my avatar frozen in place. When I select a weather option to make the new unwanted rain go away, it will unfreeze my character. This is a big problem for my DreamSnaps because I use unique transition poses and try to get very dynamic poses, so I can’t get back the exact pose I lost. Not to mention trying to let the rain pass increases the chance my game crashes when I go to hit submit since I’m on Switch. Please make it so the weather can’t change once I’m in camera mode and selected a weather type, also make it so swapping weather options in the menu does not unfreeze the avatar!

For 3 weeks I haven’t got my moonstones when voting I remembered to screenshot this week though. I restarted my game hoping maybe it would fix itself, but it did not. Can we please get a fix for this.

I know I submitted my dreamsnap for a fact but rewards did not come in. My mailbox also didn’t show the new shop promo like it usually does.
This kind of glitch with the dreamsnap rewards should not be happening 😭

Another Playstation user and myself have been having this error pop-up for the last two weeks. We understand that we can click okay and continue to vote but if votes aren't truly counting when we take the time to sit and vote then we realize that the voting process is broken and rankings are going to be off until the issue is fixed.

For three days every time I try to vote in dreamsnaps it says I have already reached my 50/50 for the day. I vote daily and am on day four of not being able to claim free moonstones. I know it's very little, but they add up. Can you please fix this?
