Platform: PC
Issue: Numerous problems with the memory collections, all of which are long-standing and have been reported many times by a multitude of users have still not been fixed. These include:

Eternity Isle - Dreamlight Valley Memories: Only 10/11 available, even though this DLC was "completed" by GameLoft on August 21, 2024
Storybook Vale - Aurora's Journals: Only 48/50 available, even though this DLC was "completed" by GameLoft on July 9, 2025

After the update there is STILL a missing memory for RIT and Aurora STILL has two missing journal pages. Good grief. This has been a constant problem. Fix it 🙄

Issue: furniture sets red bubble
I have scrolled through all the different sets i have in the different dlcs and the valley, I keep getting the red bubble even though I have not one furniture item with a red bubble. I have no idea why I am still getting it. It has been going on for me before storybook vale was released and wishblossom ranch too.

Adding to this, the memory issue for the main valley was fixed last update (19) now its broken again 🙄. Finished Cinderella. Level 10, all quest done and showing an extra memory. Please check things before you release them. With how much of this game is broken its like you guys don't even care or test stuff. You just rush to get things out asap without proper care.

Issue: the collections tab is a hot mess. Things that came from star paths have the premium shop tag and vice versa. Things are in the wrong universes. And the wrong collections. The newest offender for me? Snow White's wallpaper that we got with WBR. It's at least in the Snow White universe, but it's in the Dreamlight Valley collection instead of the WBR one.

The whole collections tab needs an overhaul from the ground up. Go through everything, and I mean everything, and make sure it is labeled as the correct universe and collection and, if necessary, has the correct star path vs premium shop tag.

Issue: is there not a way to just clear the red dots from the collection altogether like I don’t want to go scroll through everything to clear that I’ve collected it. I don’t know if this is the right channel to post this don’t know where else to post.

Platform: Switch 1

Issue 1: Premium content is still counting in collections menu after being aware of the issue for over a year

Issue 2: Owned items not tracked in collections so it’s impossible to complete (examples: purple and blue seashell satchel, shimmering green scaled pants, Roz mask, purple silk camisole, red athletic sunglasses, yellow athletic sunglasses)

Issue 3: Various items tracked in wrong universe or DLC (example: obvious IP related items in non-Disney related section: Cruella’s track)

Issue 4: Assets missing from collection completely (example: Aladdin furniture collection stuck at 60 of 62 and Toy Story clothing collection stuck at 45 of 48) - I can provide you all my discrepancies if that would be helpful!

Issue 5: Missing memories that have been reported through multiple previous updates

Issue 6: Some items are not tracked in collection at all (example: many quest items, Autumnal Clock Tower which is a premium item but other premiums are tracked)

Issue 7: Some items are tagged as premium when they should be tagged as star path and vice versa

Solution: I agree with the suggestion above that you should go through each individual asset and correctly tag them. You must be aware this game attracts completionist style players and it’s really unfortunate that there are so many collection issues that are ongoing after we have brought it to your attention update after update. We love you and we love the game, please provide a fix!

Issue: Red Dot on furniture
(which is known but on mine its only with one furniture category)

I just unlocked another furniture piece for Aladdin on the Storybook vale DLC and now i have 2 red dots for that category specifically that wont go away

Mind you i have the Turn off red dot setting on as well

I have also had this fricking glitch for so long now and its my only gripe with the game at this time

Please with love fix this flower_teddy

Issue: The item "Stone Mortar and Pestle" is not a mortar and pestle but called grinding stone, hand mill, or chakki. Either of those would describe the item. But "mortar and pestle" is something completely different.

Issue: Dreamlight Valley Memory Collection Stuck at 99%. I have all memories now that the floating festival one is completed. Collection is not counting it and says I have 42 of 43.

Reminder: Eternity Isle memory collection cannot be completed either - missing one in Dreamlight Valley section.

Reminder 2: Storybook Vale memory collection cannot be completed either - missing 2 Aurora’s journals.

Issue 1: Known red dot issue on Furniture in all DLCs.

Issue 2: The Collections section is not allowing me to look through the different collections. I can open a tile, but I can’t scroll through the items (scrolling goes crazy).

Issue: Unlocked clothing not registered in the Collection

I'm not sure if anyone else has mentioned this yet but, after completing Sally's Level 10 Friendship Quest and getting the clothing from her, the Patchwork Elegance Gown does not appear in my Collections under the Clothing Sets. I can find it under Wardrobe and put it on, but it is not confirmed unlocked under the Clothing Sets in The Nightmare Before Christmas section. Could this be fixed in the next free content update at all?
