I don't know if it's related, but when I was doing Cinderella's quest and was supposed to go to Daisy's shop, I went back outside and the menu disappeared. I couldn't do anything except close the game.

During Critter Chaos, the circle for Cinderella's pencil spawned too far out in the water. It is beyond the range of the fishing pole.

Quest "Cinderella's Custom Creation"

||Should have done this quest in the Boutique with the plain lighting? Maybe it's the ambient lighting in Cinderella's home but the supposed purple fabric doesn't look purple.||

Also, pretty awkward to take a group shot the way everyone and everything is arranged. Cinderella didn't even turn to face the camera.

PC/Steam. During "Stripes are in This Season" I went to talk to Donald Duck, who was fishing by a lake by a bridge. I guess Cruella couldn't find a pathway to get near us to start the dialogue, and she ran off across the bridge and into the distance. Several minutes later and I'm still locked in place and unable to do anything but force close and restart the game. Assuming this will be an issue with any quest that requires other characters to be involved in dialogue if you're in a tight spot that they can't reach.

Issue: Quest ‘Where’s Pumbaa?’ - Pumbaa was in the log when I started the quest, but when I’ve crafted the potion for my watering can and gone to use it on Pumbaa he’s not there. I have the option to talk to him, but an item with the picture ‘2x2’ and the label ‘PumbaaButt” has been added to my inventory! Do I have him in my pocket? I can’t progress because he’s not there to pour water on ☹️

I have restarted Steam, i have left the game, left the relm, went in toher relms and back to here. I get to the end where it says "Water the tiny door with the perfume in your Royal Watering Can" and the door is small, the item Contrary Perfume IS NOT in my inventory i watered from all different angles and NOTHING.

I'm doing the Where's Pumbaa quest and he's disappeared on me before I can water the oil onto him. I have left the realm and returned, I have gone back to the Valley and returned, I have quit out to the main menu, gone back , and quit the game to restart, and nothing is working... Should I leave this quest and come back another time?

Edit- I have also found an item called "RLM_LionKingIP_Timo_010_PumbaaButt" in my inventory, but I cannot use it in any way...

Issue: Quest "Leaving Wonderland" nothing happens when I water the tiny door. There is no perfume in my inventory to add to my Royal Watering Can. Unable to progress in the questline to unlock Alice and the Cheshire Cat.

Specifically, my crystals are broken and I'm at 0/5. Can we just have the crystals respawn or something plz?

Issue: "The Decay" quest was only fixed for future players and not those who already broke crystals prior to talking to the NPC.

My wife is stuck with no way to complete the quest.

I think we’re in another scenario where we almost need items sent out in the mail again, something to respawn the crystals or otherwise mark the quest requirements as met.

We’re stuck at 3/5 broken crystals and they’re all gone even post Cinderella patch: “Fixed an issue in The Decay quest where the crystals would not be recognized as broken if talking to the Wishblossom was bypassed."

And that holdup makes my entire vally FOGGY, so I can't do my STARPATH stuff. because I need to fish something up for Elsa to get the ability to craft potions for tools.
I just read that Gameloft are aware of the issue. And this: "Olaf's Quests: The "Great Blizzard" quest in the Frosted Heights biome is known to cause a persistent, valley-wide fog until it is completed."
PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD FIX THIS!
I bought moonstones with REAL money to get the bonus rewards from the star path and now I am STUCK because of this well known bug?? I want my moonstones or money back.

Issue: I cannot do the winter event quests as the fish one is bugged like mad.
The fish I needed from Forgotten Lands bugged out and was stuck under a normal fishing pool. I tried to relog to fix it, now the fishing pool for Forgotten lands is no where to be found.
I can't even at this point, SO many bugs and SO many updates making things worse, all piled on top of each other, so they won't get fixed within the timeframe of the events currently running.

I’m stuck on Cinderella’s Level 2 friendship quest due to a “Hidden Requirement” that won’t clear. I’ve met all visible requirements and already tried restarting, reloading, talking to her in different locations, progressing other quests/characters, and waiting multiple in-game days — nothing works.

I've noticed, when I'm in furniture mode and I click for similar items, it doesn't work properly. Sometimes, I'll look for something in the same set, say "charming castle wall" for example, and it won't show any similar items even though I have all the walls. I think if this feature is on here, it should be heavily updated. As a matter of fact, if I search for similar items on a wall, it should bring up every wall I own. Including different sets.

Issue: Cinderella's "A Dream Come True" quest requires collecting fabric components. At the beginning of the quest, Fairy Godmother gave me a Sparkling Special Cloth. After collecting the gems with Alladin, the gold nuggets with Mushu, and the flowers with Mickey, I'm told to craft the clothing item but it says I'm missing the "Mysterious Fabric Scrap" even though it's in my inventory. I've tried taking it in and out of my inventory and reloading the game but unfortunately it failed to fix the issue.

I have the same issue that Fairy Godmother doesn't have the quest on her dialogue menu after picking up the Cinderella's shoe and it doesn't appear on the quest menu either.

Adding to this: I talked to her inside and outside of her house and I got the guest to work only backing out of the game and closing it for couple of times. I don't think you should have to constantly close the game to get it to work.

Issue: never ending black screen after building Stitch’s house. according to others this has been a bug for 2 years. Hopefully it will finally be fixed soon…

Update: After waiting a few minutes and closing/restarting the game it saves that Stitch is in the valley, but having to do that really takes away from the quest.

It specifically says to use the peanuts I brought back from his realm, and as this is a new save I don't yet have peanuts in the valley so I can't just go get some substitute to use instead. Is he meant to give you the peanuts back? My inventory wasn't full, they're not on the ground where I was talking to him and if I go back to the realm I can't pick any more peanuts up

I miss the clear sky, the blizzard is kind of bumming me out for being gloomy all the time. This is a paid DLC, and there are literally hundreds (if not more) reports of customers who CANNOT advance and unlock Princess Aurora; unlock any of Malificent's friendship quest, or complete the story of the DLC.

I see that it has been a ticket in Trello and it has been categorized as “actively working on” since December 16th, but it has been over a month that we have been unable to progress with Cinderella because of this. The ticket is also labeled as having a workaround, which is deceptive, because no one knows not to bring a companion into the quest until they run into this issue and start searching for help. So, once the issue happens, we are stuck with absolutely no work around and no way to move forward. I see that many have this same issue. Please prioritize!

Issue: Remy and Tiana are not spawning in the dreamlight castle to talk to for the quest.

I can’t progress in the trial of virtue quest in storybook 😦 it’s stuck on the knight and dragon part. Apparently it’s been a known issue for a very long time. I just want Aurora 😭

Issue: No fishing bubbles to raise bridge in Mount Olympus quest. Issue persists after multiple game updates.

Please note that this issue has been ongoing since September. I have submitted an official ticket and have not gotten support. I am going to try a clean install, but this has been incredibly frustrating.

Edit: Uninstalling and reinstalling the game has not resolved this issue.

Edit 2: Hades was apparently glitched. I did not know I needed to speak to him for the bubbles to appear. He did not have a quest marker and frequently offers the usual dialogue as if he's not in a quest.

Edit: I did try restarting the game a couple times and it didn’t seem to help.

Issue: Can’t complete Wish Magic quest because the recipe file is blank, so cannot see the wish/lamp enchantment recipe despite having all 3 wish remnants in my inventory. Tried cooking on the stove in my house but it only allows 1 wish remnant to go into the pot, the other 2 fall out.
