Issue: characters that have been turned off in areas are still appearing. The photo shows stitch present in the valley despite being turned off. He has been turned off for months. I don't have any quests involving him.

Issue : Vaneloppe is still flashing blue and I grow more and more upset of the way we have an epilepsy warning to save yourself in a court of law but actually not a single care for a problem that exists for more than a year. Do better.

Issue: Cinderella is essentially unmovable/unpushable and can easily trap you in corners or in narrow spots, such as the vitalys mines, requiring the game to be quit to free yourself

Issue: Attempting to level up the fairy godmother is making my game disconnect from the internet. It immediately will reconnect when I notice, but I won’t gain any progress on the friendship level nor dreamlight/star path items bc of it. I’ve completed some star path & royal tasks in the same session, including a hangout with goofy, just fine prior to trying to level her up from 9-10

Issue: Fairy Godmother is in her garden in such a way as I cannot interact with her and she will not move.

Second, which has been going on for a long time now: the map shows a character is in their house but when you enter their house they aren't there (or anywhere else to be found) no matter how many times you try, including logging in and out.

Issue: Goofy has completely disappeared from my map. He is enabled on the character options on the map. I've gone in and out of his house. I've moved his house to a floating island and back. I have changed his dream style. I have restarted my game several times. He has completely disappeared.

Issue: Aurora's VO lines are still audible with character voices turned off. This has been the case since she was added to the game and has been reported multiple times in this server with no fix.

Issue: Unsure if this goes here or not working as intended but any character I speak to this update I have to speak to twice, the first time the camera moves in but then the character resets position

Issue: I do not have the option to hang out with Goofy, which is one of the Star Path quests. I used the daily discussion to see if the option will appear, but it didn't. I also restarted the game, but that didn't work either.
Update: It was fixed by itself.

Issue: Despite moving my NPCs' houses from Plaza Island to Forest Island, some of the NPCs still show up on Plaza Island whenever I travel there.

Issue: This happens and everything is already greyed out. I think this is an NPC issue? Since the horses are basically NPCs. I reset my S2’s game and it is gone thank god! This happened with Pegasus.

Ps5: can’t hang out with fgm while she’s inside her house for anything. No matter how many times I force close and restart the game. Inside: sol. Outside: all normal dialogue options. It’s making this week’s dreamsnap difficult.

I can't toggle characters on and off. Some that are meant to be off are showing up and some that are meant to be on are not, doesn't matter if normal map, island or dlc map. I can't find Goofy or WALL-E at all (including the restaurant, store, their house during different times of day/night) unless a quest makes them pop up and even then I can't use that opportunity to "hang out" with them for the star path. I've tried every "fix" I could find and nothing is working.

platform: PC Issue: When I enter Donald duck home I find Peter pan in the house and not donald. I kept entering and exiting the house hoping he will pop out and I've even restarted the game but Peter is still in the house and Donald is no where to be found.

It seems like the companion Max is bugged, since he hasn't been roaming around like he used too. When I first got him he would walk around the whole valley. Interact with villagers etc. Now all he does is circling around my house all day long. I really miss seeing him actually roaming around, growling at villains and playing with Eric. None of that happens anymore.

He's not equipped to a companion house either. He's roaming around my house on every DLC too, except for Wishblossom Ranch were he is MIA.

Please cut Max's leash and let him roam again! ❤️

I invited Cinderella to hang out and she disappeared when I teleported to a floating island. If I go into any house on the floating island, she'll be there but she won't follow me outside.

Issue: It's been 2 days now that I can't find and hang out with Goofy and Fairy Godmother. They are nowhere, and when I find them, I can't hang out with them. Especially Goofy, he is always walking around based on map but he's no where and when I summon him using a station or stall he disappears.

This way, I can't finish the starpath duties.

Issue: I am also missing my Goofy and he has been missing since I downloaded the Winter Ball update on 12/10. He shows up to barter at the stalls and his Wishblossom caravan but his little emblem is missing from all maps. This is keeping me from completing the hangout quest for the star path.

I have tried restarting the game, looking for him in all the shops and restaurants, moving his house around the valley, moving his house to a floating island and back, going in and out of his house, using the map sidebar to select/deselect him and using his stall/caravan to summon him.

Character: Cinderella (also Forgetting, Cruella, Sully, Beast...)
Issue: There is the thing with characters who have very poofy clothes, large wings or just a massive form. Whenever I see them in a restaurant, they are stood at a quadruped table, or recently like Cinderella standing inside a table.
It always has a very offputting vibe to it. Like, we know that these characters could sit down in their respective franchises. Why not here? Please let them rearrange their clothes and fold their wings. Or have a few bigger chairs.

Issue 1: Cannot hangout with Merlin, and therefore not being able to complete the Star Path duty
**EDIT: seems to have a workaround if you wait until Merlin appears in the restaurant

Issue 2: Peter Pan still shows up in both Merlin's Library and Donald's house every time I enter either place, even though his quests have been completed.

When I was hanging out with Mickey Mouse who is level ten for the star path task I wasn’t given a way to end our hang out and had to wait till I asked another character to hang out with me in order to stop hanging out with Mickey.

Donald is no where to be found and Peter is in Donald’s home ?? I need Donald for a star path quest and I’ve rebooted a few times but it’s the same every time.

Issue: day 2 of not being able to hang out with Merlin. I can do the daily convo, give him gifts, and play scrabble coin. Ive reloaded the game numerous times, ive tried turning him on and off multiple times. Nothing fixes him.

Issue: Goofy is missing. I've tried making a purchase at his stalls, but he disappears as soon as I leve the stall. I've gone in and out of his house multiple times and he does not appear. I tried summoning him to a floating island, but he does not appear. It says he's present on the map but he's not in any store or restaurant. I've tried both returning to title screen and restarting the game, but nothing has worked.

I have the same issue as Sierra with Merlin. Cannot hangout with Merlin, and therefore not being able to complete the Star Path duty.

I don't have test her solution, Merlin don't go to restaurant for the moment.

Goofy Disappeared!
I need to spend time with Goofy, but I haven't been able to find him anywhere. He only appears from the tents, but it's not possible to talk to him. I had to use an item that summons the inhabitants to take pictures, only then did I find him. But when I try to spend time with him, there's no option to choose.

I'm having the same issue. I've tried restarting the game, moving merlins house. Mine is stuck in his house with Peter Pan.

Issue: Cinderella is frozen, not moveable, can't push her after calling her over with the photo friend option.
Image included. Edited to say, I realized that if she traps me somewhere (she got stuck in the front door of my house and I couldn't fast travel or exit the house), you can use the photo mode and call her into the photo behind you and then she will be frozen in a new spot

Issue: I've some errors with Cinderella. There are times when she can freeze in one place as if there were obstacles preventing her from walking, or here in Tiana's restaurant, she is not even sitting in a chair.

**Issue: ** Remys Daily Quest. Once accepting and doing the quest, once finished you return to remy. When i do, i am stuck on the first dialogue with no interaction and the game is locked. Have to restart every time. This happened to me awhile ago, but now it's back.

Edit: Another issue with Remy is that when he's in his house he's stuck behind the chairs and i cannot talk to him as the Option to 'Lounge' appears. He doesn't move.

Issue: I've had multiple characters say they're in their house, I enter and they're not there. (Before when I would leave they'd be standing outside). This is no longer the case. I physically cannot find these characters while this is happening.

Same issue as others, inconsistent the option to “hang out” is missing for the dialogue options. Moving them with me to a floating island usually seems to resolve it. At first I thought it was when they were in a house, but it just happened with Tigger (level 6) when he was just walking around the Plaza.

Issue: Joy is sort of missing. The map keeps showing her in her house but when I enter, it’s empty. It used to be that exiting made the character appear outside their house but she still doesn’t appear (Sadness does, though). I can’t level her up because she’s in limbo

Cinderella shows on the map as in her house (which is in Frosted in the main Valley). When I enter, not in there (either room, I did a thorough search). Exited, re-entered a few times which usually does silly things like pop them out in front of the house. Still nothing. Restarted the whole game. Still shows her in the house, still not there. I can’t progress her or do several Star path tasks.

I’m not sure if this is a major issue or not but it’s driving me round the bend. I’ve moved all the Pixar characters onto a floating island (Plaza island) but because I initially placed them in the Peaceful Meadow island before settling on the Plaza island, every time I go onto the Meadow island, they spawn. It doesn’t happen on any other floating island but Meadow.

Some of my characters are just gone from the map. I've spent an hour trying to hang out with the forgotten. I've hide and shown them, I've gone in and out of their place so many times. I've switched realms, I've gone into my house the shop the restaurants, I've restarted my game. I've force closed my game. And he's still gone. This is frustrating.

It looked even bigger when she moved, compared to the picture I was able to take

I’m literally begging you to fix this glitch where villagers aren’t in their house/on the map. It’s been SO long and it’s putting me off playing altogether at this point.

Issue: I'm talking to Vanellope. I just moved to the village, and this is my first mission dialogue since then. All I can see is glitter, and sometimes it appears and disappears.

Issue: It is simply impossible to approach Ariel to talk to her. Not to mention that she's inside the rock texture.
Earlier, inside her cave, she swam away to the farthest corner, which I also could not reach.

Oi, imagine if characters were actually in their house when it says they are and imagine how much more improved the game would be… why is this still an issue after nearly 3.5 years in operation?!

It is currently 9 o’clock in the evening and I will be heading towards bed soon… is Cinderella nocturnal? I realize her story has her up till beyond midnight one night, but I’m pretty sure she should know morning from evening, right?

I cannot on Steamdeck change the visual setting. It is stuck at +12 hours and you can't change it back. I know reporting it here does NOTHING because Gameloft doesn't care
