Purchased the big moonstone bundle and haven’t received it. I’ve restarted the game 3 times and have rebooted my computer with no luck. This was an issue awhile ago but it had been fixed and now here we are again 😢

Issue: Unable to purchase moonstone bundle. I'm making payment with a credit card but it fails. I called the bank and they informed me that there is no issue from the bank side.

Issue: Cannot purchase moonstones - it jumps off the moonstone menu and goes to Star Path Tokens - Does not let me select any moonstone package.
Just updating here as of 1/8/26 this issue is still happening. I can grab moonstones in the regular PS Store (thanks, Effie!) but in the game is still brings me back to the "More Tokens" selection. So silly. 😄

Issue: I bought the seasonal huge moonstone pack (the house skin, outfit & 14.5k i think stones) and i got the house skin and outfit but none of the moonstones at all

Issue: I know that the treasure chests are meant to be searched for. But half hiding inside a house or a tree is getting ridiculous. Can their spawning place please have some distance to already placed and spawned objects in the valley?

Issue: I have 7,630 moonstones, but they are appearing as negative. I can't buy anything from the shop. I claimed 10k from the new dlc when I bought but never actually received those either.

I haven’t been able to buy moonstones for a while now. I check every week with the store refresh, but when I scroll down to the Moonstones tab, I get “The store is currently unavailable. Please come back later.” I am connected to the internet and all my other shop tabs work just fine.

Issue Yesterday I was on my ps5 with 13k moonstones. Switched to my switch to buy the Ariel bundle with the 4k on my switch. Switched back to the ps5 and selected the cloud save instead of local save. Loaded my game and now I have 11.1k moonstones, I’m missing about 2k moonstones. I waited in the chat for hours yesterday with no response. I would really like my moonstones back please.
