Platform: Mac
Issue: Goofy Missing
Goofy has disappeared from the game.
I've tried:
• Looking for him in the valley & every DLC (including every store & restaurant & house & character house). He's not on any map.
• Moved his house to every DLC.
• Tried going in and out of his house in every DLC.
• Summoned him to every floating island.
• Restarted the game each time I moved his house.
Goofy has vanished.

Platform: Mac Issue: rocks for copper ore are spawning in the main valley. Forest of Valor and Peaceful Meadow specifically.

Platform: Mac Issue: the controls are lagging no matter what I do. Ive restarted the game, uninstalled it and reinstalled it, and checked my internet speed but nothing has fixed the lag. Sometimes the lag is so bad it makes the game almost unplayable

Platform: Apple MacBook. Issue: Paid for seasonal moonstone mega pack on 14/12/25 but still have not received the moonstones. Does show payment through the Apple ID purchase history, but nothing on the game or anything from Gameloft. Thank you
