Issue: I attempted to redeem the code FROGGYGIFT2025. The code was accepted but when I checked my mail to claim it I got a mailbox error and the game crashed. When I came back, the mail says “claimed” but I never received the rewards in my inventory

Issue: The festive fish bubbles are not spawning, so I won't be able to complete the achievement.

Issue: I found my first christmas gift today 17th december in the valley and got a recipe for a "round gift", I learned it but it disappeared, I absolutely can't find it anywhere to craft, and the icon in the event is still "black"

Issue: Festive Fishing Spots

I haven't seen any "Festive Fish" fishing spots appear anywhere. I know about the Angler (after 6:00 PM) and Fugu (rain) but none of the others have appeared either.

Same as in previous version of this event -- wrapping paper spawning UNDER building footprints. Have to pick up buildings to find them.

Issue: the gift event keeps giving me the same gift of the first day. It's day 3 and happened the same thing all three days: the green wrapped gift appears in my plaza, I open it, it drops an open book. The first day I got a customizable gift box, but yesterday and today I got nothing out of it. (I didn't register, but if it happens again tomorrow I'll make sure to record).

I’ve found several gifts around the different biomes and learned the ToM recipe within, but it’s not being marked off as “completed” within the Event / The Gift of Giving / Description. All the rewards from last year (that I got last year) are shown as completed at the end of the list after the incomplete North Pole crafting station. So I can’t tell how many of the ToM I’ve received easily (or at all?) to know if I need to keep looking.

Actually I just checked Customize and I don’t see anything new there like the gift boxes, etc. Makes me think they just aren’t being registered, despite the fact I’ve found and “read” at least three, maybe four in the past two days.

Platform PS5 I am not getting anymore progress in the gift giving event, I have the large square & large round box completed I have found the gifts each day and receive a new book which I read but nothing shows up in the customize tab and add new. Okies I did a few more quests for Cruella and went to a crafting table and on the furniture tab the missing gift boxes were now there, I crafted them & they have now shown up as completed. One of the boxes I had to scroll way down on the furniture tab to find it.

I tried to get the new recipe while on a horse, but it didn’t register into my inventory and now it’s gone. I found no more presents, what should I do?

Issue: cannot fish from this holiday fishing spot 🙁 It acts like I'm trying to fish too close to the shore. But I can fish around the edges of it!?!

Edit #1: I exited the game and when I went back in, it was gone. 🙁

Edit #2: same issue today in-game. Cannot fish in this spot, tried all angles. 🙁

Festive Cocoa recipes don't use Cocoa Bean.
No idea what that ingredient is.

UPDATE: Maybe use a DIFFERENT icon because all the other ingredients are REGULAR ingredients even when you pick them up in the festive area? (and therefore giving players the impression it's not important to get them there when it's clearly for newer players who haven't unlocked those biomes yet)
I don't like having to go to a third-party website to figure out what you are doing for an event.

Issue: memory orb is stuck between the train set. Only option is to interact with the train so therefore cannot pick up the memory for the event.

Made blueberry hot cocoas but couldn’t shortcut the recipe because it kept telling me I didn’t have cocoa, but I did. Added the ingredients individually but it always just makes a normal cocoa - doesn’t register the blueberries 🤷‍♀️

Platform Steam: Anyone have an issue with the event auto buying rewards on it's own. Like I was trying to save token for something larger and it just auto-bought furniture I didn't want with no query of whether to do it or not.

On the winter floating island you can’t read the menu after completing that puzzle. We should still need access to this for the final puzzle if you don’t remember what day of the week the critter wanted cherry cocoa.
