I just purchased what I assumed was the ultimate edition for the wishblossom ranch expansion on steam. However, when I opened my game the items like the 10,000 moonstones, sven, etc weren't in my mailbox. I did get 5,000 moonstones, but that's it. Did I do something wrong?

I'm on Xbox, bought the Enchanted Edition (ages ago). And from their video they mentioned that people who bought this will have access to the Wishblossom Ranch DLC.

I haven't received my moonstones. I've played on both the PlayStation and Nintendo-Switch 2 and bought it for 10,000 on one and the regular one for 5,000 on the other. But on the PlayStation I only received 5,000, but on the Nintendo I received 10,000, but you can't see it on the other device.

Issue 1: After finishing the dialogue with Goofy at the caravan (when he sends me to Remy in the Wheel Big Trouble quest, right before Equine Delicacies) my character turned invisible. I tried dismounting my horse, the screen froze, and I had to force quit and restart the game.

Issue 2: Wrong translations in some French lines of dialogue in the first quest.

  • “Ça ne peut pas être possible...” instead of “Ça ne pas être possible..”
  • "Comme tu as grandi !" instead of "Comment tu as grandi !"

Issue: Microsoft has taken the purchase but has not given me the dlc, states it’s a pending transaction. Microsoft tried to take the transaction 4 more times, but only the first was successful. It loaded for quite a while before it said there has been an error on dreamlight valley.

Attempted to Mount horse while also being accompanied by a villager and was stuck perpetually walking. The game wouldn't let me pull up UI or the map. Could not disengage. Had to hard restart my steam deck in order to get out of the glitch.

Issue: while feeding, petting, or brushing maximus your character model will be placed under the map when the animation finishes. Not sure if the other horses have the issue as I only have maximus so far. You can get out from under the map by looking up and selecting "ride" on the horse.

Platform: Steam Edition: Deluxe Issue: First, a few of the new food items will not be recognized when trying to cook with them. Such as the white fish and button mushrooms. So, I am unable to fulfill certain gifts. Secondly, the yellow/gold ripples are not showing in expansion. I have looked for over an hour and none have appeared. So, I am unable to fish up certain items. Finally, the house that was shown in promotion is not the one that was received. This feels like a bait and switch. I am disappointed in it.

Feed & Pet buttons not active on controller. The Ride & Brush buttons are active, but the other two are still showing as unavailable. All mount interactions are available using touch controls. Happens with Switch Pro and DualSense controllers; other controller types are untested.

Anyone else finding issues with hanging out with villagers now? I don’t know if it’s because I ride a horse but when I tried doing an activity (mining, gardening, etc.) whatever villager I was hanging out with would run far away to another part of the map instead of collecting extra resource. If I got off the horse they would come and collect the resource as normal.

Issue: I went into photo mode after unlocking Snow White. The camera glitched underneath the well and my character completely disappeared. After closing the photo mode, my character is still gone (I could talk to Snow when she was nearby), but I can't do anything else. Music is playing, but I can't open anything else. I had to forcefully close the game due to this.

character freezes up a lot. Mostly when I mount up and do some kind of activity like picking something up. Other characters are still moving around, just my charcter can not dismount, press ESC does nothing. I have to force close the game. Has happend multiple times in the last 12 hrs.

issue: when hanging out companion will not give extra items or follow me around. when I talk to them they say they're still hanging out and when i teleport they appear with me. Not sure what triggered it but i was riding a horse and breaking rocks. only tested this with mining companions so not sure it applies to other tasks. did not fix with restarting game or hangout

First =>I bought the deluxe pack at the released day but never recieved my items (Swen,clothes, hourse, ...) from that day (i have my recite to prouve it)

Second => Just finished Tigger first quest with the bees and i can't opened my mail box until my game crashed

Issue: After giving Daisy the photo during the Wishblossom Fair quest, Daisy freezes with a blue talk icon above her head and the only control that works is the right click to change camera angle. Issue: while doing tinkerbells quest, the board game i am required to dig up in sundae shores is not appearing. Ive tried removing everything in the biome itself, and it just isnt there. I’ve restarted dozens of times but i just cant seem to make it happen. I’ve also verified the integrity of the steam files, that didn't help either. Anyone have any ideas?

Quest: crystal Caverns: glamour gulch
Inside the crystal caverns, Tink opened the crystal cavern for glamour gulch, I used N to select Maximus (replacing my default horse) but my character and horse just disappeared, and I can't leave the chat with tink. ESC just takes me to the Quests menu option. It doesn't matter if I untrack the quest. If I hit N and choose my default horse, I show back up and am able to proceed.

Issue: When riding the horse, if you do a tassk where the companion has a bonus for such as mining, harvesting, fishing, etc. they will run away once you've done the thing. So I mine a rock, cruella runs away to where i last mined a rock off my horse. Aurora ran away to where i last harvested from off my horse, snow white did the same thing. I've tried using dlc characters and not and they all run away to where i last did the thing off my horse.

Issue: I'm currently in my WBR I havent checked my mailbox anywhere else but here, with that said I've checked it twice and my game has frozen both times. I had to hard exit the game.
Edit: In WBR feeding one of the sweet bees and my whole UI disappeared and I cant press any buttons to bring up the menu

Issues:

  1. The flowers in both Pixie Acres & Glamour Gulch hardly seem to respawn. Considering the amount of flowers to craft anything, this isn't good.
  2. Not sure if this is a bug or I have the worst luck about 99% of the time. When I mine, about 90% of the time, the first 3 hits yield nothing and then I get something on the 4th hit and maybe the 5th. This is rather annoying. Also, can coal stop dropping on the last hit when a gem is not dropping, please? Truthfully I don't see a reason why coal is dropping at all while mining in the DLCs, it's such a waste of a bonus.

1- Cannot cook using buttons, it hesitates on putting it in the pot then poofs away as a puff of smoke and won't add to my pot

2- Wishing wells wont keep the skins i put on them. the skin goes back to default when I leave the area

Really not sure where to put this, but;
Bought the Deluxe version, and honestly missed the mistake with the Cottage/Ranch houses.
Just got the proper Ranch house, and I'm just kinda disappointed...The door isn't nearly tall enough for the character. I know it doesn't actually matter for access, but it just feels poorly designed. And for an bonus item for purchasing a more expensive edition, I'd expect better quality.

Setting your game language to Spanish in title screen fixes the crash. This is for the mailbox freeze

Change your language to Spanish on the title screen > settings, then go back in and check your mail. Once the mail has been marked read, you can change your language back to English and come back to actually read it without crashing.

The reoccurring cluster of balloons glitches/bug is frankly repulsive. I understand that trypophobia may not be a formally recognized phobia, but I have a genuinely visceral reaction to seeing that constantly appear.

The glitch is so persistent that even when I attempt to obscure the supposed original area of the balloons' spawning, it spreads further and further, consistently finding new spots to emerge.

It's frustrating because it's unsightly even without the trypophobia, but with it, it makes my skin crawl. When can we expect to see this particular glitch fixed?

I'm reporting back about the balloon bug. Unfortunately, I have to abandon the whistleblossom area until this is fixed. I initially tried to prevent the balloons from spawning in their specific biome by blocking all known spawn points with rugs. While I expected this to simply shift their spawn locations within that biome, I've now discovered that completely covering the biome with rugs to block all spawning causes the balloons to jump and spawn in other biomes entirely. Since this workaround only spreads the issue across the entire map, I'm going to stop playing this map until the glitch is resolved. I hope a solution can be implemented soon, as addressing this was important to my gameplay.

Issue: If you are sitting on your horse when the “welcome” character (occurs for any character) screen appears, your avatar goes invisible and you can’t move. I was able to fix it by equipping another horse and then I reappear on the screen and can move.
