Problem: since two updates ago every time I exit the Scrooge store in Storyvale the fan on my video card goes into overdrive and I am having horrible lag when I move or try to do things. To the point the game is unplayable. By lag I mean the response of the game is super slow and hesitant. If you stop it catches up. But if you move or try to mine for example it is super hesitant and laggy. It will not actually mine. Only thing you can do is restart and avoid the shop. I have not tried the shop in the first dlc area to see if the same. In the main valley the shop has no issues.

Issue: as with the last several updates, the light bloom on the lower platforms is absurd. You cant see it, but the bottom left has a white circular table. Please fix this - its jarring and uncomfortable to look at.

Issue: when initially talking to scrooge his dialog automatically closes out and he teleports backwards a few feet. talking to him a second time works correctly, but talking to him a third etc time repeats the glitch in a loop

this also happens to scrooge when talking to him outside, but i was only able to test it by making him a hangout buddy first to get him outside of his shop, so idk if something different happens when he's scheduled to be outside

When ordering from Scrooge the "-" on the screen where you select how many you want is greyed out on 0 and it didn't use to be. I use to be able to just click the "-" and it would automatically take me to 1000. That feature has been removed since I think the Monster Inc update. Its frustrating because if I do want 1000 of something for example I now have to have to just scroll all the way to 1k which takes a long time.

Or just say I have 200 left of items I'm able to order I could just click the "-" and it would automatically take me to 200 instead of holding down the "+" to get to 200.

Please fix it's frustrating.

It looks like others are having the same issue.
I did “purchase” Chez Remy for 0 coins— thinking maybe it would restore back to my upgraded restaurant.
Scrooge McDuck’s shop seems locked.

Issue: After a long time without playing Disney Dreamlight Valley, I launched the game again and everything works normally except for Scrooge McDuck’s Store. When I try to enter, the game doesn’t let me. No error message appears. I simply cannot access the inside of the store.

Issue: as above my shops in the valley, isle and vale are all broken as is Remys (I can reopen remy but it has no tables etc inside). In the Ranch both were able to be opened and upgraded again with payment however neither have any lights on outside.

Issue: when in scrooges and filtering, certain (not all) categories when you get to the bottom no matter what will not move when I'm moving the analogue stick. I've had this for days now. It's currently in snow white and hercules. I did have it in one hundred and one Dalmatians until scrooge gave me a new item. I'm checking every day and different filters.

Issue: Same as some of the above posts, scrooges store is boarded up and giving the same message as the people above. I really need this fixed because there are quests I can't do cause I need to buy stuff from scrooge but can't. It also sucks when I need to talk to a specific villager but they are in his store and I can't get in. Remy's was also boarded up, and I had to do the upgrades, even though I already previously upgraded fully. I was able to pay it bc I have the money, but scrooges store is stopping me from being able to complete quests. And yes, I hadn't played in a long time, probably about a year or more.

Issue: My daughter is having the same issue with Scrooge's shop being unable to unlock and Remy's restaurant had been reset. It was 0 coins to open, but asking corns to upgrade again. Scrooge says, "Placeholder. No Well Upgrades."

It's been months since she played.

My save file is working just fine, but I'm always playing.

Issue: Same issue with the "PLACEHOLDER. NO WELL UPGRADES" and a boarded-up Scrooge's shop. Same as others, hadn't played in a while. Remy's I was able to upgrade back to normal but it was sort of a strange situation (I had to pay, but it was 0 coins). Several day long issue.

I came back to game to purchase update. Can’t do anything without Scrooge store. I’m not going to risk buying a DLC if the main building of the game is inaccessible. This is happening to a lot of players who want to return and spend $. Please prioritize this fix. Also please return gold wasted upgrading Chez Remy twice.

Issue: Same issue many are reporting above. I have not played in a while and can no longer access Chez Remy or Scrooge's Shop in the valley, eternity isle, or storybook vale where I had unlocked and fully upgraded them before my break from the game. I am only able to access Scrooge's Shop through the Wishblossom Ranch area where I just unlocked it. I can access Chez Remy after re-upgrading it. I have only done so in the valley so far. It gave me the initial unlock and first upgrade for free and then charged me as if I had not fully upgraded it before.

Issue: Scrooge’s shop / Remy’s restaurant reset; I bought the game at launch and just haven’t opened in two months, and both were reverted to the very start. I was able to purchase Remy’s restaurant but sadly scrooges shop says “place holder. No well upgrades.” Not able to access the shop and players still are inside.

Mac: Though I'm sure it's probably for everyone at this point; still having the same issue on the 2nd floor where characters are clipped into each other and it's getting VERY annoying.

Issue: Same as others above, Scrooge shop completely locked. Can't access it at all.

Issue: I can't upgrade the Shop for some reason. I haven't played since 2022 in the early access. I wanted to get back into the game. . Please help. or give work around, all my quests are now stuck waiting
