Quest: Lasers & Crafts (EVE Level 4) - (bug introduced sometime between 1.8 and 1.15)
Issue: 1/6 fires and 2/2 crater dig spots missing - EVE level 4 quest cannot be completed.
Details: I'm at the step "Use your Royal Tools to remove:
The Fire. (6); The Craters. (2)". Only 5/6 fires have spawned, and 0 crater dig spots have spawned. In previous updates, there were 2 sparkly dig spots (presumably where I could dig up The Craters), amidst the fires, but they have disappeared and there is nothing now.
I am unsure when this changed, as I don't check the area regularly. I've dug up every spot in the space between the entrance to the tunnel under the waterfall and the backside under the waterfall, as well as watered around there, for good measure. I cannot progress on the quest, so I cannot reach EVE's Level 7 quest or Level 10 quest, and their rewards.

Quest: Old Enemies (Timon Level 2) - (issue introduced 1.14.1)
Issue: The Lion King Board game is not awarded as expected at the end of the quest, and players that completed the quest after 1.14 have no way to obtain it.
Details: Based on the in-game dialogue, and the fact that this item is in the Furniture Sets Collection, this is clearly not the intended functionality. In 1.14.1, developers retroactively awarded the item ONLY to players that completed the quest during 1.13, which is NOT a solution - it makes the erroneous assumption that all current players completed that questline during that update, and additionally prohibits any new player from ever obtaining it.
"Board Game" should be automatically added to all player's Inventories that have completed the Timon Level 2 quest (or sent via in-game mail, whichever is easier). For future proofing, the quest itself needs to be fixed so that Board Game is a listed quest reward and/or given during the quest.
Customer service has confirmed that it is not available - language seems to be copied from the fan-made wiki. There was no indication whether or not the developers have been made aware of the problem.

Serenade of memory quest glitch. My valley is decorated and when beast is supposed to present the memory token to belle they do not stop to talk but are just going from one corner to another in the meadow. At one point they were on either side of a house just standing there.

Details: Not sure if it’s related but one of the stones in the garden glitched when I tried to pick it up, and it may have stacked with regular stones in my inventory. When left the realm and tried to sell them it said “item not found.” I didn’t realize I was low on storage so I didn’t have space for the items when lumiere initially gave them over so I wonder if the game didn’t realize I actually have them in the inventory
Edit: now the candelabra and lion placed, but globe still won’t

During the realm quest when eavesdropping on them no text appeared either, except that quest progressed eventually on its own without ever showing me what they were saying.
Edit: got this to work finally by leaving pride rock, changing outfit, and returning. I had tried this previously without changing clothes, had closed the game, toggled off and on the quest and nothing changed, hence the clothes must have been the trigger

About the second enigmatic key I have managed to get response from gameloft. They are working on a fix. As for now what you can try is drop an item just near the table and the second key (for example a brick piece or something else not importent) and after that use the pick up multiple items. It worked for me.... hopefully for all of you too 🥰💪

The quest A Gift in Crimson seems to be completely messed up. I am supposed to water 12 roses but only 11 spawned. Multiple restarts done, nothing helps.

So I cannot complete a quest to retrieve a video tape from the bottom of the cave for Sully either (those mushrooms can't be interacted with by hand or any of the tools)

Lumiere and Cogsworth do not have any conversation, they just stand facing one another and hopping up and down. I've tried restarting my Xbox, exiting and reentering Pride Rock, and even tried doing other quests first and returning to this one. Nothing works so far, so I cannot progress with this particular quest.

Issue: Lumiere gets stuck in the wall at the cave entrance and cannot be selected. Can only see the quest icon symbol in the wall. No option to talk to Lumiere.
Workaround: Exit the cave; have Lumiere hang out with the character; re-enter the cave to continue the quest steps.

They brought back good memories for her” but nothing has actually progressed in the quest. Have tried resetting everything including my console. No change.
UPDATE: 06OCT Today Belle and Beast are glued to each other like companions and just running around my valley. Then they stop and then start running off together. No dialogue exchange. It’s like they’re rubbing my broken quest in my face 😞

Details: after I completed the new Lumiere and Cogsworth update and brought them to the Valley, I finally leveled up The Beast to a 9 then a 10. I completed crafting the greenhouse and began the Gift in crimson quest. All 12 dried roses were in the garden in Beasts realm, I watered all 12 but 1 rose would not be watered. I was able to pick 11 of the 12 roses but the dries rose could not be watered or picked. I went out and back in, same issue. I saved the game, went back in and the 12th rose is now gone. How can I complete this quest to move forward in the game if there is not a 12th rose?

Issue: inventory was full when lumiere gave the candelabra, lion statue and globe, item selected to drop now displays, "You can't drop any items here" in areas where items can be dropped. Globe is also unable to be placed in the library
Edit: Closing and Opening the game fixes both the issue of placing the item and being able to drop the glitched item.
However after doing this, the slots the items were in don't allow items to be picked up into (ie- if glitched fish was in the 3rd box, if that's the first open box in your inventory you can't pick up the Second Enigmatic Key) and persists even after restarting the game

Hello everyone, I hope you can help me. I’m not seeing any Dreamsnaps under “Event.” I’m trying to do the quest with Vanellope, and of course she tells me she has a glitch and that I need to take a photo and upload it to the gallery. I can press G, but I can’t actually view the Dreamsnaps.
I feel like I tried everything yesterday — restarting the game multiple times, checking the Events at the castle, taking a photo in Mickey’s house — but nothing works. Because of this, I also can’t start the next quest with Remy since I still need Vanellope.
Does anyone have an idea what else I could try? Or do I need to reinstall the game?

Issue: I have essentially completed the quest, I just have "follow Lumiere and the raccoon to the dark grove's exit". I exited and only Lumiere came with me and nothing happened. When speaking to him regarding the quest he says we should return to the valley, even though we are already back in the valley. They stood there for a bit and then it then moved onto the next part - asking Cogsworth and Lumiere what's next, but I never got to see the dialog that they were discussing. Update: I took off the beard - saw on the map she wasn’t at “home” - still went into her home and she was there. I was able to continue.

The trial of virtue quest glitch. I’ve had this glitch for about 3 months now.
Since the update yesterday; I have tried multiple ways and multiple times to get the knight and dragon to register in the right positions, but it still does not. Hoping this can be fixed soon!

Issue: when swapping horses inside the caverns I either disappear entirely or freeze/get stuck into place. Sometimes I can use a menu to save/quit but most the time it locks up entirely.
If I had to guess what causes it maybe having horses be left somewhere outside the caverns? It seems to happen a lot to when trying to swap to my wishblossom horse to push blocks.

This has been complete, and it takes me onto the next sequence which is creating a 3 course meal.
I've made both of the Hearty Salad and Bell Pepper things, and then the quest does not update and is stuck on "Show Remy what reciped you prepared using Fruit."

Issue: when trying to complete the Spirit Hunters quest for lumiere, he keeps getting stuck in the wall of the ice cavern and I cannot talk to him to move on with the quest. I’ve tried exiting the cave, fast traveling to an expansion and back to the valley, and entirely quitting the game and nothing gets him out of the wall.
UPDATE: I had to hangout with Lumiere three separate times and then run into the back part of Elsa’s cave before he finally followed me on the last try 😂 and then he stopped in the middle of where Belle and Elsa were standing so I had to nudge people carefully before I could finally get him in a spot to talk.

Remy's Quest is not progressing past being able to show him the fruit salad I made. I have tried all of the weird "fixes" that have been presented to me (like the fish-apple method, leaving the area and coming back, restarting my pc, restarting the game, and various other attempts).
Now I have gotten to the point where I cannot do any more quests until I unlock Remy. I have 13 quests I am unable to unlock because of this problem. It is really frustrating to buy a game and not be able to play it correctly. I have to just keep working toward opening doors and farming to even be able to play.
I have submitted a ticket on this issue. I am really hoping you all submit the patch for this tomorrow.

Then in this quest I have the same problem, I did the salad (even looked up a walk through and made magherita and banana dessert as well) but he always answers again that I did a great job with the fruits and starts again the "important evening..." quest all over again.

I have the orb in my inventory and dug a hole in front of the pillar in the sunlit plateau but when i try to plant the orb it will not show between the other seeds which leads to not being able to plant the orb and continue the story quest. PS5 : Hello, I had a quest bug with a mailbox bug after the Tigger mission. I had finally unlocked Pegasus, but after this bug, I found myself back at the beginning of the mission. I'm stuck with Maximus because, as you can see in the screenshot, the platform is already unlocked and is also already on the other side, so I can't move forward because it stayed where it was before the bug caused by Tigger's quest. I can no longer continue the game and the story. Can this bug be fixed since it's due to the Tigger quest bug?

Issue: After replanting the garden in "Terribly Twitchy Tigger" you're instructed to talk with Tinkerbell to progress. Doing so causes the game to fully freeze and the conversation never starts. Issue persists after game restart.
Update: I was finally able to get this quest not to crash my game, but I needed to "hang out" with Tigger (and bring him near Tinkerbell) in order for the conversation to initiate.

I had this same issue, what ended up working for me was I made lumiere my hang out buddy and then ran to the back of the cave to get him to follow me. I had to run around for a bit before he got unstuck, and then I had to be really fast to talk to him because when I went back towards the front room he’d immediately run for the wall again. It might take a few tries but I hope that works for you too 🙂
