Issue: Dreamsnaps constantly says I have no submission, and until this week, I was still rewarded. I have also lost the ability to check submissions. This week, I have received no reward, there is no note about processing.

Issue: Halloween Town Style Dreamsnap was submitted but I am unable to check the submission. I have never had this happen before. I got the notification that it was successfully submitted right after I sent it in.

Issue: Potion Master's Lair dreamsnaps. I submitted the dreamsnaps, and on initially opening the screen I can see it there, but when I go to a different screen and go back it says I haven't submitted anything and it's still to be completed.

Issue: Dreamsnap submissions are NIT going through.
This error took place on the Peaceful Meadow Floating island. I noticed some users on reddit saying the they had the same error message. Restarting the game did not help it.
This error comes from submitting via the GALLERY. If submitting straight from the photo mode, it says it’s submitted but then under “current challenge”, it still says “to be completed”, so the submission is NOT going through.

Issue: Dreamsnap submissions are not going through when I take a picture on a floating island and try to submit the picture from my Gallery. I can submit it directly through my camera but not from the gallery.

Issue: Photos cannot be submitted from the gallery if they were taken on ANY floating island. Photo submission works on EVERY island if submitted from the camera.

First picture I submitted to dreamsnaps on Saturday 10/25 and saved. Then I submitted second on Sunday 10/26 and successfully submitted now it’s saying the first one is what I submitted.

I am experiencing the same issue. I am able to submit direct from camera, but not gallery snaps taken on an island. There are no TOM items.

Issue: I submitted my dreamsnaps for the ghostly gala, and each time I tried to look at it the game said it wasn't submitted, even though I had previously viewed it. This keeps happening. Why? Can we fix the dreamsnaps issues please?
