Not necessarily a crash but a freeze? I was able to successfully save the game so I didn’t lose progress or anything.
Went to talk to mother gothel as part of a quest but text didn’t appear. Couldn’t do anything else but rotate camera around. I was with Scar and had a companion equipped.

issue: i was hanging out with the cheshire cat and fishing to lvl him up and he got stuck in one place so i tried to solve that by going to his tree to see if he’d fix himself but he didn’t show up at all. the prompt to talk to him was there and clicking it froze the game (but the music was playing). it started working fine after reloading the software

My game crashed while I was in Furniture Mode and in the middle of doing the Belle & Beast dream bundle quest. My Switch can’t take videos for some reason, but I swear this just happened.

I had multiple crashes today while trying to visit someone. Internet was fine, but 1) it didn’t connect the first 2) disconnected in the middle of the visit and 3) wouldn’t let me go back. see attached error message.
Also, at a couple different points, the loading screen was blinking while kinda black and didn’t show anything else besides the message in little white text. Unfortunately I didn’t grab a video of it

Bug:
Items in the air that restrict tall items from being placed under them, cause problems if you place fencing under them and then try to swap the fencing type to “Savana Wooden Fence”.
You’ll notice it merges the 2 fence types the first time, and then the game completely stops working upon doing it the again.
If you skip the step of exiting and reentering furniture mode and just swap the fencing type a second time, it will still crash upon leaving furniture mode!

Switch. Regularly crashing. Has crashed three times already since I started playing an hour ago. Latest crash was during a conversation with Alice in her Level 4 friendship quest, and also when exiting wardrobe mode.

Bug: the game is crashing when I try to load it. I have restarted the game, my switch as well as turned it off completely before trying again. I have attempted to get into the game several times. When I tapped the "customer care" option it gave me a QR code that took me to the faq page.

I was trying to buy food from Tiana’s stall and it crashed. After I had just reloaded it when it crashed after leaving my house. It’s so bad right now. It crashed 4 times yesterday at random times. Unable to get a picture since it goes right to error occurred screen and had to be closed.

I deal with this too like it’s literally I’ve been avoiding the game because like I talked to an agent I put in a ticket. They said that they would fix it when the update for beauty and the beast. Lumiere and Cogsworth came out. It did not get fixed it still does it and I’m hoping they’ll fix it when the update this Wednesday tomorrow comes out, but it probably won’t get fixed then either. I’ve really don’t wanna deal with this. I don’t wanna worry about it crashing on the switch when I play I have to keep on saving my game after every level up on my characters that I’m leveling up so that it doesn’t go back a level when it randomly crashes. I don’t wanna have to worry about that.

It just crashed on my switch after three days of successfully no glitches today being the third day finally had a glitch and the game crashed on me. Thankfully, I literally just saved my game so there really wasn’t much that was needing to be redone later. I had literally just built the bell tower for Cruella and OK I just realized there probably is one thing that I’m gonna have to reobtain and that is reading the ingredients for the tea snack thing, but that’s a small scale thing. That’s not a big deal. That’s just reading a recipe. I haven’t even started to get the stuff yet so that’s not a big deal but yeah this is exactly why I make a point to save my game every time I reach an accomplishment that way I don’t have to backtrack too much.

The graphics have gotten noticeably bad since the last update. I’ve also experienced multiple crashes in the last week at various times.
Prior to this update, I’d maybe experience an occasional crash once a month or so. The game has also been very slow/laggy, today especially.

It’s not a crash but I don’t see where else to put it. In Wishblossom Ranch certain actions seem to trigger a massive slowdown. For example using an Ancient Gardener to harvest or plant crops will make the game freeze for 10+ seconds before recovering.
Today when loading the game, it lagged and barely allowed anything to move for a good 30 seconds before recovering.
Yesterday, after a while moving furniture, the game got so laggy that I eventually needed to quit and restart.

There’s an issue with the fizzy nectar soda and button stew recipes, Fizzy makes fruit sorbet and tasty veggies happens when I try to cook button stew 🤷🏻♀️

And it crashed again about three hours shy of another 24 hours later but seriously once a day that’s not great and I’ve been saving like literally every time I do literally anything and I make sure I save if I haven’t saved for a few minutes so I know that this time it’s up-to-date cause I literally was about to just go to another area in the main valley and it just quit on me

And for the first time in a while twice in one day, cause it just happened again like four hours after the last one earlier today, I literally just saved my progress so I’m confident nothing lost but yeah this shouldn’t happen this often and for no reason at all

Thankfully, I got three more hours instead of an hour and a half or an hour or whatever but now it is 6:37 PM and it crashed again third time today I swear to God if I get a fourth time I’m gonna be so more mad
