Issue: Game save reverted to about 2 years ago, Storybrook Vale is not accessible. House had 20 floors, now only has 2. Ticket submitted
Please can you edit your post to remove your ticket number. This should be private between you and Gameloft
Haven’t even been able to open the game since the update keeps telling me there’s an error and to try again

Issue: I have the game without DLC on Switch and I bought it with all the DLC on Steam for PC. When I save locally on PC and then sync to the cloud, I get this error.

Issue: Just downloaded Dreamlight Valley + DLC's on my new Steam Deck. Somehow I can't access cloud save, it keeps saying that there are connectivity issues. I have no problems playing on my Switch.

Issue: cloud save error #5 coming up on my mac when i try to use the cloud save from my switch. Switch version updated to 1.20.2. mac updated to version 1.20.1, with no other available update according to the app store.

Issue: cloud save error #5 - I bought Wishblossom Ranch on my PS5, played for two hours, saved to cloud--and then I updated to the new version on Mac and bought the new expansion, tried logging in, was instantly met with a Cloud Save error #5.

Issue: Same as others above, except I do not own any DLC on either platform.
Played on Switch 2 briefly yesterday and updated my Mac just now. Can't load Cloud Save at all.
Edit: As of 11/21 this is now fixed for me. Other Mac users should check for an update in the App store. Might need to hit Command + R to refresh for the update.

Started playing on my Xbox and when I start the game my Mac it tells me Cloud Save Error #5, tried making a new Cloud Save but the Mac is currently locked out from my Cloud Save
I have the same error as well, PS5 and Mac and the error on my mac.
I have the same issue, saved on my Switch but getting the error when I try to play on my Mac. 🙁

Issue: I'm getting a Cloud Save Error #5. I was trying to continue the playthrough of Wishblossom Ranch from my Nintendo Switch 2 on my Mac. Both games are up to date and have the expansion.
Additional note: There are a lot of the same errors occurring since the update, and it looks like the Mac/PC version is the common factor here @timber cliff

Issue: It was working just fine a while ago, but now the game just won't save to cloud for whatever reason. I just get 'Failed to upload Cloud Save to server'.

Issue: Won’t connect to Cloud, or even online. Even though my internet is working fine.
