Issue: (Previously reported but still unresolved) This is more of a pathing issue in some sense, but mist from removing swirling sands in the Courtyard (Eternity Isle) has landed in a spot against the wall that is inaccessible and cannot be picked up.

About the second enigmatic key I have managed to get response from gameloft. They are working on a fix. As for now what you can try is drop an item just near the table and the second key (for example a brick piece or something else not importent) and after that use the pick up multiple items. It worked for me.... hopefully for all of you too 🥰💪

this key thing is annoying, just an heads up - not being able to get this key breaks star path quests. 3 of my tile quests request me to speak to the new 2 characters. so if the other 3 follow suite star path will be broken / uncomplete.

Issue: lightning rod from SBV can be placed but still not moved/deleted once placed. Also doesn’t work. Only option to remove it is to fully erase the floating isle or room you place it in.

PC/Steam - Issue: I can't progress past Joy's Dream a Little Dream quest. The plush yarn dropped on the green screen platform and I can't access it to pick it up. Can't progress with Sadness or Cogsworth now.

Even after the fix, I still can NOT pick up the Domestic Manual in the Belle,Book and Candle Quest from Lumiere. I can NOT progress in the Star Path because of that and I got NO response from support!

Issue: Haunted White Roses on Haunted Floating Island stuck behind night thorns blocking last puzzle.  I’ve tried equipping every flower gathering companion I have as well as coming at them from all different angles and still can’t grab them. It’s making it so I can only get 1 white rose every time I go up there.
