Issue: My game won't connect to internet no matter what I've done. I cant access the store, events, or my mailbox. I've uninstalled and reinstalled, I've rebooted everything, I've tried contacting gameloft AND discord, and no one has helped me at all. My xbox is connected to an ethernet cable, and all of my other games are running and connecting just fine. I've missed the last dreamsnaps contest because of this, and I'm genuinely considering just uninstalling the game permanently since no one has bothered to help.

I'm still experiencing input lag for walking/running on the Xbox One X console. Which can make it quite difficult to catch snippets or other timed challenges. I'm not experiencing this issue on the XSX
