Issue: I today purchased the seasonal mega moonstone pack for £47.99 and as soon as I made the purchase my game crashed and gave me a black screen and wouldn’t allow me to do anything. When I finally managed to open my game again I saw that I don’t have any of the items from the pack or the moonestones and it even shows that I’ve purchased it because it no longer shows up on the shop. I’m very upset about this as it was very expensive. I have a receipt of purchase if needed.
EDIT - Panic over it has shown up in my mailbox!!

Platform: Steam (but I think it's all platforms from what I've heard)
Issue: The Bing Bong Candy Stand has been changed, it doesn't have the candy tears flowing out anymore and it's not a cool change. Please change it back.
Screenshots and evidence shows how it appeared in the premium shop as of June 2024 and now in September 2025. I've also added images on when I used it in two of my previous dreamsnap submissions for Sugary Style in June 2024 and April Fool's Day March 2025, and how it's not the same in game now.

Platform Steam: in my premium shop I saw a suggestion for the "Coffee Shop House bundle for 3000 MS and I thought how weird...thought I already had this but went ahead and purchased it and this is what it looks like now....then I went checking my Dreamsnaps and sure enough...I did already get it AND used it in my Royal Celebration Dreamsnap...soo not sure what to do to fix this and get my 3000 MS back...help lol....I am elderly (67)lol...be kind please LOLOL

I'm on PS4, When this update (Emotional Rescue) launched, I went to go buy the Mega Moonstone pack like I normally do, but I noticed that it wasn't available. I thought maybe it was just because it was the first day, but it still hasn't shown up. The update is nearly over and don't know if it is a bug or not so it maybe can be fixed. I just it hope it shows up on next update.

Issue: Tried to purchase the Autumnal Clock Tower and got this message. Game is fully synched to cloud.

Switch 2

Cannot buy autumnal clock tower. I got the same message as GamesByLisa, “The local version of the store does not match the server version.”

I am on the latest game update and switch 2 firmware.

I tried closing and reopening the game. I tried rebooting the device.

Edit to add I am fully synced to cloud. I manually saved to cloud just to be safe.

I was able to buy a house skin from the recommended section, but not the autumnal clock tower.

I got this wishing well back when inside out was new and its not in my inventory at all anyone know how to fix it? Its been like this weeks

click on the well and you will see the option on the bottom right corner to replace the well
