Issue: I have the red dot to say you have a new item in my Collections tab in the furniture section. I have no jewellery items though and have scrolled through it all to make sure I didn't miss a new item. This has been like this for a few weeks now.

Issue: Red dot for furniture sets in collection tab, when I click on furniture sets there is nothing to clear
I did not have the red dot issue yesterday, this is new with the 8/20/25 update.

New red dot that won't go away
Got after today's update (Aug 20th) a new red dot in furniture sets collection at dreamlight valleys collection that can't go away
And the ones from storybook vale and all areas aren't gone either and there are there just days before the update of the last start path (Neverland) and they are there for over 2 months restarting the game won't help
Please fix this annoying bug as soon as possible

Issue: Daisy Duck's name in the collection menu should be "Daisy Duck" - not "Daisy" - like the other Mickey & Friends characters "Mickey Mouse" "Minnie Mouse" "Scrooge McDuck".

Issue: A Eternity Isle memory is missing even after completing the DLC.

Issue: you can see here it shows I have a notification on a new item but when i got to that specific area there is no new item..it's been driving me nuts

Issue : First of all, the total number of memories is incorrect (one minus reality) and there is still a memory from A Rift in Time missing while there is no more update for this expansion pack.
Same thing in the memories linked to the main game.
One has been missing from at least 3-4 updates.
And concerning the clothes and furniture collections there are still elements missing from the start of the game (for example one clothing in Lilo and Stitch or The Lion King), impossible to find in Scrooge's shop.
And sometimes the item can be used with our character (the yellow sunglasses from Mickey and Friends) but they are nowhere to be found into the collections.
And I'm playing since day one.
Could you fix these problems please since I don't feel difficulties in getting the collections 100% with the latest updates but I'm unable to do the same in each collection.
Since I'm buying everything, the problem is technically somewhere else...

Issue 1 : Some clothing who suppose to be in the Raya and the last dragon collection's are place in the Disney collection's.
Items names : Raya costume, Raya hairstyle and Raya hat.
Issue 2 : Some clothing who fit more (in my opinion) in the Pirates of Caribbean or Peter Pan collection are place in the general collection's. They are already a lot items in this collection. I think it will be more easy to place the Pirates of Caribbean or Peter Pan collection.
Items names : Brown/Red pirate captain's long coat, Commodore's powered curls, (Dark brown) pirate's tricorn hat and gold treasure medallion.

Issue: despite completing the New Lost Boys quest, the lost boys audition sign is marked greyed out as not crafted in the crafting menu.

Issue: The Marketplace Chests, which are functional storage, are crafted under the "furniture" tab instead of under "functional items" like all the other chests we can craft. To add insult to injury, when you open your furniture mode and you go to storage, they don't appear. Why? Because they are under "utilities".

Issue: notification item not going away. I tried getting rid of the notification icon from the furniture items from the valley and the vale. But they won't go away. Even when there's no new item.

Issue: Also can't find the Autumnal Clocktower and the Halloween Park Gate in my collections. Got them in my inventory, but they aren't appearing anywhere else.

Issue: I also noticed that two Aladdin items, Agrabah Palace Bench and Agrabah Palace Pouf, are in the Non-Disney-Related tab in my collections, which would explain why it appears two Aladdin furniture items are missing from that tab.

Issue: Missing memories in Dreamlight Valley and Aurora’s Journals collection section in All Areas. Dreamlight Valley count is 57/59 but only 1 shows missing in collection and does not seem to be obtainable. Aurora’s journals count is 48/50 and neither seem to be obtainable. All 3 blank memories say “unlock by progressing,” but I have completed all quests.

Hi I’m having an issue with my collection on a switch and when I am progressing my game isn’t changing from 35% and when I try and see where the new item is there is nothing showing up with a red dot.

hello I have had this issue for weeks where in my collections it shows red dots to stuff I have and it wont go away I am on pc

Issue: I have a red dot that won’t go away in my collections menus (furniture specifically, but also happens from time to time in Clothing Sets when an event starts. It will clear from Clothing when I’ve completed all tasks in the event). This one has been on my furniture sets for the last 5 months, and still driving me nuts!! I don’t see this anywhere on the trello board to be addressed, despite being marked as a known issue in their FAQ.
