Platform: Xbox Gamepass on PC
Issue: Game launches to Gameloft/25 year screen and then crashes. Drivers are all up to date and other Gamepass games launch, so don't think it's an issue there.

Platform: Xbox X and Cloud Gaming
Issue: Game launches then freezes on the Inside Out load screen. Seems to be associated with my main Xbox game account. Freezes in the exact spot on both of my Xboxs and Cloud Gaming. I logged into another user and it loaded perfectly fine.

UPDATE 8/22 11:30am: the game is now loading and working as intended. Thank you very much!!!

i updated my pc to windows 11 and now my game is running fine

Crashes after Gameloft/25 screen
Same issue as alot of others have, myself, for over a week now, others longer. Was hoping todays update would fix it. It did not.
Some one had posted a few days ago apparently / supposedly
The Game does not support windows 10 any more. Upgrading to win 11 i do not consider a fix.
My machine is not new enough so i cant go to win 11. All store pages says game supports win 10.
Please even fix the issue soon or change epic, steam etc stores requirements.
Change the terms of the sale after many years like so may companies do now a days
i guess our lease to access the game is terminated...

issue: The game freezes on the Welcome Sadness announcement and I am unable to move or do anything. None of the buttons do anything and Sadness doesn't actually appear.

Issue: Game is lagging especially when it comes to my clothes glitching off of my body and the dress I was wearing was on the bench I put near Scrooge's store. Also, everytime I go into a character's that said it appears that they are there, they do not exist inside the building.

Issue: After this update with inside out characters my loading screen takes forever then when I want to change map or go inside a building, the loading screen just goes black and never loads 😭😭🙏🏻

My game crashed last night when I was working on a quest for Aurora and when I got on today I was given a prompt I was unable to read, it disappeared too fast, and now my game has reverted back to a save from a year ago before I started the storybook vale DLC. Literally everything I've done in the last year on the game is gone (decorating, quests, characters, companions, scrooge store items). It's like it never happened. I don't know how to fix it or find my most recent save. I'm quite literally freaking out!

Issue : my game crashes more or less 5 minutes after playing. It's been 4 times in 3-4 days (I stopped to try) .
I didn't have any error code, only the game which disappear
