Bonjour,
Je joue sur PC via le Xbox Game Pass PC.
Lorsque je lance le jeu, il se ferme automatiquement lors de l'affichage de la barre de téléchargement.
Le problème survient depuis quelques jours et la mise à jour d'aujourd'hui n'a pas réparé le problème.
- Mon compte au Game Pass est bien connecté.
- Mon abonnement est actif.
- J'ai désinstaller / Réinstaller le jeu.
- Je l'ai réinstaller sur un autre disque dur.
- J'ai désinstaller / réinstaller l'application Game Pass PC.
- J'ai vider le cache du Microsoft Store.
- J'ai lancé une réparation du jeu.
- Mes pilotes NVIDIA sont à jour.
- Windows est à jour.
Et je peux lancer le jeu depuis un vieux pc portable en me connectant au game pass. Sans incident.
- Je suis sous Windows 10 que ce soit sur mon PC Fixe et sur mon PC Portable.
- J'ai même réinitialisé Windows et refait les mises à jours de Windows Update.
- Windows Update ne me propose pas de passer sous Windows 11.
Après vérification, mon PC n'est pas compatible pour un passage vers Windows 11

Story of Vale DLC - After leaving house or Dagobert's shop, its so freakin' lagging and stuttering, I can't even make a proper move. I have to teleport out of Storybook Vale and in again, it's so annoying.
Btw **not since this update, has been there the last update as well **... PLEASE fix this..

I also play on PC via Xbox Game and I’m experiencing the same issue as Khiwi.
When I launch the game, it automatically closes as soon as the loading bar appears. The problem has been occurring for a few days, and today’s update did not resolve it.
-My Xbox Game account is properly connected.
-I own the game and all DLCs, so I don’t require a subscription.
-I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game both before and after the update.
-I have run a repair on the game.
-My NVIDIA drivers are up to date.
-Windows is fully updated.
I have also tried several solutions I found online, but unfortunately none of them worked.
Updating my system to Windows 11 fixed the issue.

Issue: For like the last 2 weeks, anytime i load the game it goes to a white screen and im met with the windows not responding screen saying "Disney Dreamlight Valley is Not Responding" Screen. Everything is up to date and same with windows.

Issue: I enter my house with a full inventory, I try to put items in my chest(s), I crash to desktop. This happens both with Smart Transfer and right clicking individual items.

Issue: Every time I try to open the game it closes, I already tried updating my PC, repairing the data, transferring it to another storage and uninstalling it and reinstalling it, nothing I tried made the game fix.
I also can't update my PC to Windows 11 so I don't know what to do anymore.

Issue: I'm having the same issue as various people here, I start the game, it opens normally, the Gameloft screen appears, but when it starts loading the data, the game closes by itself instantly.
I tried everything: scannow, repairs, memory check, updating drivers, reinstalling the game, xbox app, changing adm permissions, reinstalling directx, moving to another disk, updating xbox services, nothing worked.
I played for 17h with no problems, suddenly today the crashing started.

Game has been crashing every 1-2 minutes of simple gameplay like picking up items. I am unable to complete the Memory Mania event because the game will simply just stop running every few minutes. PC has been reset various times. I have verified the installed files on Steam several times. This has never happened to me before.

Unable to play without the game crashing every couple of mins. Trying to grind the starpath it seems impossible when the game keeps crashing. I thought this got fixed the last update since it happened 2 or 3 updates ago. PC has been reset, updated and everything is good to go and I dont have any issues with other games

Game mostly crashes at night when I want to play after work. It’s been having for at least a week or so. I try to click close game and wait for game to respond and it crashes my entire computer. I’ve never had this issues before. Game was uninstalled and reinstalled, Pc reset multiple times and all my drives are up to date. This is the only game to cause me these issues. At this point I don’t even want to play anymore.

Game crashes every time mid conversation with Stitch when welcoming him to the valley informing him of his new home and he gifts moonstones. Have closed and rebooted the game several times and happens every time and have been unable to advance further.
