My cloud save isn’t pulling the most reason cloud save file. Earlier I was getting the image as everyoone here that posted below.

Issue: My cloud isn't saving, the normal saving works it just isn't saving to the cloud. Giving me an error message. (Makes me scared to leave the game tbh)

Issue: Cannot cloud save, only locally. When loading into game had to choose between keeping local vs cloud and they were significantly off.

Issue: My cloud as well isn't saving, but my normal save is working. Before I was struggling to save to save it on my Steam Deck, managed to get that save before this error happened, earlier like an hour before the error occurs. But now I'm getting the error on my desktop and I do not want to test it on my Deck.

Issue: can’t cloud save, save picture to gallery or upload dreamsnap. I think it’s all connected to a server issue.

Issue: Failed to upload Cloud Save to server. Also if you save game locally it shows as “fully synced” next to the “Save to Cloud” button until you attempt to manually save to cloud, which shows it was not fully synced after selecting “Save Game” locally

My game crashed last night when I was working on a quest for Aurora and when I got on today I was given a prompt I was unable to read it disappeared too fast and now my game has reverted back to a save from a year ago before I started the storybook vale DLC. Literally everything I've done in the last year on the game is gone (decorating, quests, characters, companions, scrooge store items). It's like it never happened. I don't know how to fix it or find my most recent save. I'm quite literally freaking out!

trying to load my Xbox cloud save on steam as i just bought the game on steam and i get this.

Issue: loaded the game but lost my progress 😭 i had clicked on my most recent cloud save but when loaded i was missing alot of my progress.

I am not even getting the clod save question. It just loads right into the game and it’s gone back 6 months. It isn’t showing I have the storybook vale and all my quests aren’t done and I know how far back it went because I have Easter decor. Other peoples games are fine on this system.
Xbox Game Pass - I lost my game progression.. I go to a save of 6 mounth / 1 year but I play on Switch 2 and I have the same problem
I'm afraid to even play in case this triggers, is this cleared up?

Game has reverted back to progress from a year ago. Open ticket via GameLoft support site.

Issue: my local and cloud save don’t seem super accurate according to the time spent. I’ve been playing since the very beginning. My moonstones seem accurate in the cloud save but it’s the time spent that’s bothering me. I don’t want to lose all the items I’ve purchased using actual money.
This happened to me except my child clicked though and I lost like a year with of progress. I sent an email. I’m heartbroken.

Issue : Cloud save issue. Child picked one and lost over a year worth of tasks. Not sure how when my cloud save should be every 15 minutes. 😞.

Issue: Cloud save issue. Didn't realize there was an issue so logged in like I always do only to find my village set back to the way it was like a year ago. Also noticed that in the store there is no "pin" items nor could I pin new ones. I sent in a ticket but it's been a few days and still no response. I'm so upset, I wanted to decorate for spookie season but now I can't play it at all.
