issue: The forgotten went invisible. When I first opened my game, the forgotten was hanging around my plaza. I did some things checked dream snaps and then went to go look for them. I located them on the map went to where it said they were and they were invisible. I talked to them anyways and went I went to skull rock they were back to normal.

I have no option to hang out with Stitch and Hades. I was hanging out with them when I went to a newly unlocked floating island and now I can’t hangout with them.

Issue: I just gave Vanelope one of her daily favorites (a green passion lily) and then the UI crashed and now we are just looking at each other awkwardly. The game is still running, animations animate, sounds sound. But nothing can be done.

Issue: Some NPC's not spawning in their home even when it shows on the map they are located in it. *I have found that SOMETIMES if I enter/exit the NPC's home 2 or 3 times, then they will finally appear outside the home and I can interact with them. (Examples that have happened several times: Woody, Buzz, Moana, Stitch, Wall-E, Gothel, Maui)

Issue (Include NPC Name): I cannot hang out with Simba no matter what I do - I've tried restarting and relaunching, hanging out with someone else then saying bye, but no matter what I don't see an option. I was able to hang out with him just fine last night.

Issue: Vanellope disappears when I get near her. She uses her glitch power around the valley fine, but when I get near her or interact with her, she fully disappears. The sparkles are my only indicator that shes standing there. Has happened during a few sessions.
(Update: she scared the crap out of me. heard her random giggles, but she was invisible. #spooky)

Issue: Hades and the Forgotten have a conversation where he is asking for food, but the Forgotten side of the conversation is actually Tiana dialogue. This happened a few months ago as well.
Issue: During the Tiana quest Dreamlight Gastronomy, when instructed to listen to Remy and Tiana talk about the contest, no speech bubbles showed up.

Issue: This has been a problem for a few updates now, but some NPCs that the map says are in their houses are just not. I've had to go inside and exit their houses at least 2-3 times for them to spawn, and it's becoming more of an annoyance 😭

Issue: The Forgotten has also gone completely missing. The character index on the map tab says they're at their house but I searched the dark castle top to bottom 4 different times (including after restarting the game) and they are no where to be found. Currently have no quests with them, im just trying to give them their daily gifts

Issue: Forgotten is missing. I was in the middle of a quest with her (Poetic License) and haven't seen her at all since the update. Been logging on every day to try and find her to finish the quest. She's greyed out with 1 friendship in my companions list, saying "be a friend" but I don't think that's right

Update: I know now the friendship level is correct, but she's still nowhere in my village, any of the expansion realms, or the dark castle /:

Better update: she was in the castle, just blending in with the background and I was looking for the blue quest marker above her head, which wasn't there Batfacepalm

Issue: I, too, have noticed that the forgotten character has gone missing from my map. I have looked in their castle 6 times and cannot find them. Currently on the Act of Care quest trying to find them to talk to them to complete the quest.

Update: Issue has fixed itself. I changed my time clock forward and then back and it fixed it weirdly enough.

the hangout option disappeared? i even reloaded the game and it didn’t fix it. its only mother gothel affected apparently everyone else still has the option
edit: it’s not just gothel there’s other ones affected. everyone is past lvl 2 so i should have had the hangout option

Characters constantly appear in stacks like this inside Scrooge's shop and just don't move for a long time. Trying to push them apart just ends up pushing the entire stack. Workaround is to talk to them, get them to join, run away to move them, then talk to the next one. But sometimes there can be three or more.

Same thing but on Xbox. The “Villagers in _” tab on the map still shows them as disabled but they are still walking around without me hanging out with them/releasing them from hang out nor summoning them with a picture spot.

I didn't know how to describe the bugs so I made a video compilation. But basically:
NPCs stop their idle and unique animations (like dancing, Bo Staff, Mike's jokes), stop fishing and everything as soon as you approach them to greet the player and other NPCs, interrupting their schedule/routine.
This has been happening since Early Access 2022

Atleast it started at the water but as soon i speak to her she keeps lasering me and isnt turning back to the water after dialogue. The laser isnt stopping and now she runs around with it through the valley : D

Issue: If you speak to Maleficent while she is "fishing" with her energy beam, she doesn't stop shooting it. She shoots the ground, she shoots me, and just about everything that gets in the way of her gesturing arm. She shoots while following me, through teleports, through doors... I have no idea how to stop her.

Issue: I have exactly one villager assigned to snippet catching, Meridia. At this time, she only appears in story book vale. She cannot be invited to hang out, making her worthless for her intended function. The hang out option does not appear in the chat interface, see screen shot.

Issue: Cheshire Cat not spawning additional items (in this case pumpkins) when hanging out. Attempted ending our “hang” session, asking a different villager to follow, then going back to Cheshire. As well as resetting the game. No luck with getting additional pumpkins to spawn as part of having Cheshire assigned to gardening as his hang out bonus.

Issue: NPCs not showing or not showing up where the map character list says they are.

NPCs not showing on the map at all
NPCs showing as available, but either nowhere to be found, or actually in their house.
NPCs showing on the map as being in their house, and you have to enter/exit a couple times for them to show. Sometimes even that doesn't work.
NPCs not showing on a floating island even when you specify them as activated.
The entire NPC availability system has progressively gotten worse over time and needs a complete overhaul.

Issue: turned off villagers will randomly appear; affects valley, eternity isle, and storybook vale. The picture shows Woody in the valley while turned off (I have all quests, including secret ones, completed)

Having the same issue above. I have quite a few turned off and they are randomly showing up in the valley.

Issue: I saw a random discussion between Gaston and Jafar and amusingly enough, one of Gaston's lines was given to Jafar instead. This resulted in Jafar boasting about his impressive biceps.

Issue: Sally's UI is missing and didn't prompt me to ever give her a job when she hit level 2. Upon reaching level 9
she randomly picked up mining. Her UI is missing/Buggy in the collections tab and am unsure why. Switching her
role to gardener when she hit level 10 still doesn't seem to correct her missing UI. I cannot check her role
or gifts of the day in the collections menu.

Aurora was my companion. Whenever she stops walking, she bends down as if picking up a bonus drop from resource gathering.

Issue: A lot of the NPCs hangout option has disappeared and I can’t find a way to get it back. I’ve restarted both my game and my system and it doesn’t work. The screenshot below is just one example.

I have all characters turned off of floating islands & they are appearing. And I have a handful of characters turned off for the main valley & they show up.

Issue: The upright/alarmed/excited position of the crocodiles is sometimes flipped perpendicular (tail in the ground, head in the sky).

Unless I missed it, I didn't see a fix for villagers we have turned off that are appearing in our valley despite them being turned off. I really hope you fix this.....
